serviceable... recently got a mani-pedi and literally it was 20 minutes tops. It was fine, the quick polish was great, but not much in terms of pampering (minimal massage) no paraffin offered. The manicure lasted about two weeks which is good. The location is weird and not very relaxing - underneath a fancy shopping area, the basement salon is a little dark with a lot of boxes and storage around. Overall, both did a great job & were very considerate about the small things, that some places aren't. The spa was so relaxing, the chairs super comfortable and the staff super friendly. They had some good discounts going on which is always a nice surprise. I went with the lavender pedicure and regular gel mani. Mandy made sure to check the length and shape of my nails super carefully and took extra care of my cracked nails from the last place I went to. I've been looking for a new nail salon cause the old one i used to go to closed. I made an appointment and they took me 10 minutes after my appt time. Then the whole time she kept leaving me to do other ppls nails. It normally takes less than a hr and it took a hr and a half hr. I had things to do but apparently my time didnt matter. I still kept quiet. Then she was very rough with my nails and it started hurting and i told her so idk after that she kept showing alil bit of an attitude. This is the worst nail salon i've ever been to!!!!! They are constantly understaffed and therefore the wait time can be too long. They will start on one party of people and not attend to all of the people in that party so they can spread themselves among multiple parties, ensuring they don't leave. I had to wait over 20 minutes because someone who came after me was helped before me. They take way too long and these photos were taken an hour after my manicure - this smudging should not be happening that long after from trying to close a lid!! Absolutely ridiculous !! read more
