We've reported and daily spoken or messaged with the office staff requesting the repair. Every day it's been "someone will be by today ". Today when my husband initially contacted them they messaged back stating someone would be by within the hour. That was over 3 hours ago. We are suffering with temperatures from 78 to 90 in our own apartment because they are refusing to do what they are contractually responsible for. I hung a few on my deck, and now my neighbors think I hired a professional landscaper or joined a gardening cult. (Maybe both.) I also built a custom planter box (Pinterest, don't fail me now) and needed something show-stopping. Enter: petunias. The Black Mamba and Mayan Sunset petunias are basically floral drama queens in the best possible way. Everything I bought here has outperformed my usual big box store plants, which tend to give up on life the moment I walk away. Even the vegetable starts are thriving like they're auditioning for a salad commercial. Meanwhile, the seeds I got from a chain store are still contemplating germination. No rush, guys. Prices are totally fair, and the staff actually knows what they're talking about, which is refreshing. As I recall, I declined to pay prior to officially purchasing the home, and subsequently paid for service on quarterly billing - as outlined in my service agreement. First time they came to my home, allegedly, the tech unplugged my furnaces pump - so I came home to soaking carpet, trim and dry wall - no accountability, in my opinion, from culligan in their response. They have screwed my billing up, and erroneously charged my card in error, in my opinion. Sent service techs out with the wrong salt. Their records don't match what sales or service tells them. Just - in my opinion - these guys are a mess. Totally disorganized, give no sense of being pros - in my opinion. A complete amateur hour mess - in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyone. I even called Janesville and asked if they could service me but culligan corporate sets the service boundaries. Stay away. Buy your own equipment or find someone else. I also love that their kinetico system has optional filters that you can add if you want to change things up (for example, we add minerals to our water after it's been purified). Not necessary to do, but we've found it to be super handy to be able to adapt it to our unique needs. A couple years ago their technicians helped us move our entire system from one house to another and it was great to know a pro was in charge of tear down and setup. In our experience, if anything happens, their technicians have good availability to come quickly to fix whatever they need to. Would recommend LTM!
