This is a message to those who are considering hiring this firm. Eight months ago, I left a review on Google Maps about how they treated me. And only a few weeks ago, the owner of the firm, Nathan, deigned to respond -- with a template brush‑off that answers none of my questions. Even though I asked these questions many times and never got an answer, I'll still try once more to get some answers. Why was my case closed twice? First Taras closed it on May 22, but before closing my case, on May 21 Taras forwarded back to me the message I had sent to Madlen on May 14. I took it as an all-seeing eye - that nothing in the world is hidden from Taras's gaze (joke). But I took it as intimidation. Then a few hours later he wrote to me: "Perhaps you don't understand, I can terminate the contract at any moment without your agreement. I am not doing this only because I want to help you. If you don't need it, write to me and I will do it immediately. Have a good evening." This message I took as a threat (my opinion). Taras, out of his kindness, wanted to help me. And on the morning of May 22, apparently having reached the peak of his kindness, he wrote to me: "I am closing your case, look for another lawyer, all the best." On June 3, I got a text message from Madlen saying that you hadn't been able to reach me. I called you on June 9, and during our phone conversation you said that now Madlen would definitely be handling my case. Only after that call - silence. No one from your firm called me or wrote to me about what was happening with my case. The most interesting part: on June 24, you closed my case. In the letter you yourselves told me to pick up my documents. So I wrote to you telling you what time I would come to the office; I also wrote that I want to receive the documents that you are required by California state law to give me; and I even told you when I arrived at the office - since Taras didn't answer me, but you didn't answer either. On July 10, Madlen returned my so-called "case" to me, consisting of: photos from the accident scene that I sent you; MRI results that you got thanks to me; four documents from the at-fault party's insurance company; and two documents from the clinic where the MRI was done. And a bunch of duplicates - for appearances' sake (my opinion). I give a standing ovation for the pile of duplicates - they certainly gave weight to my "case." Great service, just don't forget to patent it. You publicly claim that Amerberg Law Group takes communication, medical care, and case management very seriously. From these four points you listed, please provide one example of how you actually applied each one in my case. And here is one more small but important detail. On April 15,Taras told me that as soon as I signed the contract, he would send a tow truck for my car and refer me to a doctor for an MRI evaluation. The car was taken that same day from a free parking lot not far from my home, where it was parked. I later wrote to you stating that I still did not know whose property my car was on, and that if it was in a paid parking lot, I had no intention of paying the fees, since no one had consulted me about it at all. I only found out where my car was when I received a letter from the DMV stating that it was being put up for sale. Please answer: who, under California state law, bears legal responsibility for my car given that, according to the official Notice of Sale of Repossessed Property, my car did not appear at APEX Collision until May 28? Where exactly was my car during those 43 days between these dates? Furthermore, who is responsible for the storage bill of $2,500 plus $45 per day, as well as the MRI bill of $3,500 that was sent to collections - all of this in a case where my fault in the accident is 0%? In short, because of your actions and inaction, I am left completely without a car and buried in debt. I expect a clear answer as to who is legally responsible for all of this. And to anyone reading this review: if your life is too boring, you don't care about your health, and you want to get rid of your car - if you are looking for adrenaline and a massive headache accompanied by its older brother, depression, then I highly recommend hiring this firm. I guarantee you will get all of this. The facts that I have brought here - there is evidence for all of these facts. If this is not enough, I can provide even more violations that they have committed against me. read more

Never get involved with Amerberg Law Group if you don't want to lose your health and nerves. Their goal is not to protect your interests but to get as much money from you as possible. Before signing the contract, Taras promised golden mountains. After signing the contract on 04/15/2025, I was sent to a chiropractor who "coincidentally" was in the neighboring building of Taras's office. The chiropractor prescribed electrophoresis and electric massage without any diagnosis -- no MRI, no X-ray. Although Taras, Anastasia, and this chiropractor were aware that I could only sleep sitting in a chair due to severe back pain and problems with my hip joint. Although I had arranged everything with Taras, he said that my case was being handled by Madlen. But she did not answer calls, and every time I had to communicate again through Taras. After 29 days I found out that Madlen was not handling my case -- I was simply misled. Taras wrote to me: "The inspector examined the car and that's all." When I was not given information about who was handling my case and what verdict the inspector gave after examining my car, I forbade them to sign any documents without my consent until I said YES or NO. Instead of answering my questions, on May 21 Taras wrote to me asking if I was aware that he could close my case at any time without my consent. When I again asked him to answer my questions, on May 22 I received a message: "I closed your case. Find another lawyer" -- without any explanation. On June 9 Natan Amerberg stated that now my case was "definitely" being handled by Madlen. When I asked why the employees misled, ignored, and deceived me, I received the answer: "I am not responsible for them." I repeated that they are his employees, but again received the same answer. The MRI was done only after 58 days. Two areas were skipped completely, and where it was done, the MRI showed serious injuries. After another 11 days, when no one contacted me, I wrote to Madlen asking her to explain why and on what grounds they treated me like this. She again did not respond, and later I received a letter dated June 24 in which Natan Amerberg informed me that my case was closed. The result of cooperation with Amerberg Law Group: bill for MRI -- $3,500, my car was sent to a paid parking lot without my consent -- bill $2,500 + $45 for each day of downtime, treatment has still not been appointed. I refused to attend the chiropractor, directly emphasizing that I would no longer go without a diagnosis only for the sake of receipts so that they could later present them to the insurance company. The car is still standing in the paid parking lot, nothing has been resolved for me with the insurance company of the at-fault driver, and what they decided for themselves -- I have no idea, since my case was refused to be given back to me. I have evidence for everything I have stated. I thought that the laws were written equally for everyone. But, as it turns out, not for them. read more

My mother had a case with this attorney who apparently was felisha edelman and then transfer to this guy and let me start off by saying that theyre the worse weve ever worked with. I must of talked to 3/4 different case managers on her case. The only one that actually gave me any type of information was jennifer and she was not available with in weeks, when i or any of my family would call we would get transferred around. I spoke to Dora who was extremely rude and over all bad customer service. When my mom would call they would never know whats going on with her case.
