Like the rest of the reviews say, stay away from this place. They wont answer phone calls, I'm often told to contact front desk through text which they still dont respond. They skipped a month bc there "were no avail appointments" and guess what happened to the appointment they scheduled the following month? They CANCELLED it. Not only that, but when I actually got an answer from the front desk I was told to try calling the following day since the main front desk girl is out. After my wife received horrible treatment from Euroskin headquarters in Mexico, I called Prolaser Skin to ask our question to "real live person". Be careful and read carefully the contract. You are not allowed to cancel the treatment for ANY reason (even if you are moving overseas) I have been paying for 7 months, the last three months I have paid and since my local store has not been able to reschedule I have not had any treatment for that period of time. In this case they are not abiding with the contract but I still can not cancel the contract, so it is an abusive contract. Furthermore, in the contract states that you will be getting a 95% hair loss, however they are the only ones who "measure"this part, the way they "measure" is by inputting on a sheet of paper the amount of hair that they CONSIDER "lost". In my case I have to say that I have been treated for the first three times by three different specialists, so that consideration is kind of subjective. After my personal experience with these people I would not recommend anyone to use their services. read more

I went back and asked to cancel my contract and a refund, the refund was never processed, instead I get charged every month !! I arrived for my appointment at 11 and singed papers everything was going great until we (boyfriend&I) turned in the papers the lady's from the front desk started asking us how long we been together... where we were from... what really got me MAD was when they asked me where they could find a boyfriend like mine for they can pay for their treatment! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We stayed quite and waited to be called... ones inside the lady doesn't really interact with you I was doing my face so she asked me to wear some glasses to cover my eyes Ones covered she just slapped on some COLD cream on me I wasn't expecting that... the process is painful in some areas which they say it's pain free... when finish we approach the front desk about 3 lady's in the front they dragged me in getting another promotion I literally said NO and the lady starts doing paper work for us he(bf) singed the papers because he know I've been wanting it so I guess we proceed... she didn't give us a copy about are new paper work she booked my 2nd month appointment days passed and my payment was on the 8th they over charged me $40 and I called and called no answer until the 3rd day they charging me $10 extra on the 2nd promotion the deal was 80 not 90.. they said they would call me back it's been a week and nothing so yesterday I got charged $98 twice SO WE literally payed 4 times in less then a month the banked called US because it was fraud we had to cancel are card and get a new one hopefully we get are money back... I recommend everyone stay away from this business. Many times I show for my appointments and wait a very long time or I am told I don't have an appointment. They never send a message or call to say an appointment needs to be rescheduled. The front desk service personnel seem more concerned with talking to someone on the phone rather than providing service. The contract I have stated the services were to be provided with full satisfaction of no hair growth following all paid sessions and now each time someone there tries to interpret the contract in some other way to keep me from reaching full satisfaction after my paid sessions ended. I moved away and they could not refund me the money from the sessions I did not do. They say 95% of hair will be gone but their is no way for them to keep track of that percentage. This place is so unprofessionally managed it's ridiculous. They were always confusing me and my file with that of other customers. Claimed to have called me the day before the appointment as a reminder but they never actually did call. (I remembered the appointment dates on my own) They never answered any phone call I ever made to them. And they wouldn't attend me because I showed up to an appointment 5 minutes late(even though I was within a 15 minute grace period that they allow). Awful customer service. The staff here is are nice and professional. I've had 1 session so far and today is my 2nd session. I haven't seen much change yet but I am thinking after the 3rd session I should see some changes in my hair follicle shrinking. The treatment is not painful and Lilly my technician made me feel very comfortable for being my first time getting laser hair removal. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Lilly explain things very thoroughly to me in the beginning, during and even at the end of the procedure. I am excited and can't wait to see the end results after my 10th session. I think it's great that laser pro offers more treatments after the 10th if you are not satisfied with the results. They say they guarantee their work and client satisfaction is important. The only thing is the room has to be pretty cold for the machine. I think Lilly said 60 degrees is what the AC has to be set at. Let me put it this way, unless you don't mind having your account charged random amounts at random times and the business not having a single person capable to present their face to answer questions or solve the problem - then go ahead - sign up. This business runs with a receptionist and the techs. That's it. No manager on site. Ever. Try to contact management and they are only going to say "I will send you an email with their email so you can contact them". Apparently they are no authorized to verbally give you the email, let alone a name. And how convenient that they only mention they are run from Mexico only when these issues come up!!! I have been to Pro Laser 4 times with very little results. The techs are very friendly, but the financial side is a headache. So far they have made $755.00 in unauthorized charges to my credit card and been telling me since July 7,2016 the refund which was right at $400.00 at the time would be credited back to my account in 2-3 days. This is the same answer I get every time I call or go by there. I wont change my credit card number to prevent further charges because I am scared a refund wouldn't go in then. If you are planning on using Pro Laser keep your copy of your contract and watch your account very close for unauthorized charges and change your card number after your final payment. I know I will be changing mine if the refund ever shows up. If not I will be carrying my contract and credit card statements to the courthouse and filing credit card fraud charges against the company. read more
