This by far is the best place I've been to in Atlanta for Laser hair removal. I've been to over 5 other spas since moving here from LA and this one tops them all. There laser machine is really good, I seen results literally the next day!! Some places have cheap machines so you have to be careful picking a place to do laser with so if u come here you won't be disappointed. So the Customer service is amazing, the receptionist is always nice, informative and amazing! The laser tech is always informative and you can tell she genuinely cares when she gives advice and she is also always the sweetest!! I met a few other staff as well and they were also very welcoming and warm. The set up is very nice and comfortable. There coffee machine is always stalked, I'm Italian so that means a lot! And they offer so many more services I honestly can't wait to try as much as I can! I'm definitely getting Botox there soon!!! If your looking for a new spa home give them a visit!!! Staff is not knowledgeable at all on anything. Ask them for the price of something and they still don't know. The pricing is reasonable but the services are limited and honestly the staff is so sketchy, not the actual doctor herself, but the rest of the staff, it makes you uncomfortable and want to leave upon arrival. read more

I am ALL about great spa experiences. This place was amazing. To start, the customer service over the phone was delightful. I needed to come in that day for a facial since my face had been breaking out. They were able to squeeze me in. I got there a little before my appointment and the young lady was eating. She was about to stop eating to start on my face early. I told her to please go ahead and finish eating. The fact that she offered was super sweet. I waited about 5 mins in their waiting room, which was neat, clean, tranquil, with nice jazz music and smelt amazing. My facial itself was so awesome that it put me to sleep. My face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands felt so refreshed. I will definitely be returning. I've told my atlanta friends about it!!! read more

This was a great experience. The facial that they gave me provided instant results and left my skin a lot more smooth. The experience was magnified as I got to work with therapist, La'el, she was not only effective in leaving my face cleansed and smooth, even by my wife's standards but she is a great teacher of the skin and how it responds to different environments. Worst place ever !!! Please do not get your laser hair removal here. I left the place with hyper pigmentations all over my arm. It's been over a year and the scarring has yet left my arms. Also the machines cause my skin to to be irritable and swollen. Please please save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Not impressed with the customer service. Melissa is very rude, unprofessional and impersonal. As far as location, I think it's pretty central in the Galleria area, near major highways in metro Atlanta and clean. However, they change staff often which is alarming. At a spa service center such as this, it would be great if they were aware of who their clients are. If you're schedule for service at this location, I would suggest that you confirm your appointment the day before and morning of so that you dont waste money on gas to learn your appointment was moved and/or cancelled because your tech person did not show up. I've been seeing Melissa for years and she has always done an excellent job of taking care of my skin. Everything from hair removal to skin tightening. She has more than 22 years experience doing a wide variety of laser treatments and knows exactly what she's doing! She's treated me for 12 years now and can't trust anyone else to do my procedures, I'm amazed at how careful she is with me which is super important with laser. The office manager, Melissa, is always so helpful with scheduling and accommodating my ever-changing schedule as well as quick and easy tattoo removal. Dr. Sheth has been my first and only Botox experience and I'm so grateful to call it pleasant. Her placement gives me the results I had in mind when I first decided to begin Botox.
