I have been going to Bella for several years now and they never disappoint. I've used Hanaiya and Bruna previously and they were great. Diane has been my go-to, favorite aesthetician for more than a year and she is great. I never have a problem booking with her and she does a fabulous job. Whether I'm simply getting the Brazilian or a full body wax she does it thoroughly and in a more than acceptable amount of time. Diane's technique is gentle and is practically pain-free. The receptionist staff in Bella Wax is also great. They greet you in a very friendly, professional manner whether on the phone or waking in the door. I used to see Mara exclusively, but with my schedule lately, I've seen other aestheticians and they have all been so sweet, so thorough and have never disappointed me. I have waxed just about everything from brows, upper lip & chin, underarms, Brazilian and full legs. Everyone has been so professional and upheld the same standards as Mara. I got my first Brazilian today by Giovana (I might be spelling or pronouncing that wrong, forgive me) and it was great! I was so nervous coming in, I was calling my best friend and telling her that I wanted to back out lol. However the experience was not bad AT ALL. The most painful part was the inner labia area but even that was like a 3 out of 10 on a pain scale. Giovana did great at applying pressure after each wax, informed me about after care, and was super talkative and friendly the entire time. The environment was very comfortable and looked very clean, and the Brazilian only cost me $35 before tip. I'm definitely gonna be coming back and waxing regularly after today. read more

I went there for lazer hair removal, tattoo removal and photo facial, I've done only 2 sessions on the laser hair removal and tattoo removal and I'm in shock how well it worked!! So this is my third or fourth time here. I usually see Rassia she is super efficient I like to get this process over quickly if you know what I mean. She's also a great conversationalist which is a great distraction during this tough time. She likes to use soft wax more and occasional hard wax. I'm sure if you ask she can use more of one of the other if you prefer. Today, however, I had Gabby and to my great surprise she was just as great or even better than Rassia. She uses mostly hard wax and for the first time ever it didn't hurt as much. The quality of the wax here is great and so far 2 out of the six technicians are amazing. read more

BEWARE - they are in a rush and make mistakes. I visited Bella Wax center on Saturday afternoon, and they were busy as usual. I had them do my bikini wax and eyebrows, tipped the lady, paid and left. When I got home - I took a proper look in the mirror and realized HALF OF MY LEFT EYEBROW WAS GONE!!! So I now have one normal arched eyebrow, and one half of an eyebrow. It stops right where my pupil is, and the entire outside half is GONE. Unbelievable. I hadn't even noticed when they gave me the tiny mirror to check while in the room. When I called back to complain, they said that THEY KNEW BUT WERE AFRAID TO TELL ME! So they made a big mistake, let me pay AND TIP them, and didn't say anything. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here if you want to keep your eyebrows. Mine looks awful and I am stuck growing it out for months until it can look normal again. read more

This was the an excellent experience. I got extremely lost. GPS hell. They are in a small shopping center you could miss. The entrance was bright and had a modern feel. The receptionist was so polite. Although I was 15 minutes late they still got me in. They discuss with you what waxes you have use before. And then they explain the types the have and what would work for you. No big sales pressure on products as you leave. I will return. read more

I'm definitely not one to write reviews, but I have to write about Bella Wax Center. I just moved to New York City and trust me - no one compares to Mara! I saw her for 2 years for all my waxing needs (Brazilian, brows, etc). She always went above and beyond to make sure every visit was perfect. Brow goals can be found here! I'll start off with brows. For an appointment, you're booked for 15 minutes. THAT'S HOW THOROUGH THEY ARE! She starts off with wax then cleans up/shapes as needed with tweezers. Mara is such an expert that I often fell asleep while she was tweezing. I don't know how that's possible, but it was just so relaxing! For Brazilians- best I've ever had. In any city. Pain free (or as painless as a Brazilian can be) and thorough. It usually lasted more than 4 weeks most times. I didn't even mention that the prices are great. I'm paying over twice as much here in NYC and receiving 1/4 of the quality of service. I've even thought about flying down to Atlanta for a brow appointment. I usually go to Wax Me Brazilian, a 6 min drive from Bella, but Wax Me didn't have the appointment time I needed. Next time I'll wait for the appt time I want at Wax Me instead of going to Bella. My opinion below - overall, I think Bella is overrated and over priced. Pros: clean, efficient, and close to my apartment. Cons: no online reservation system (had to call) and was unsatisfied with service. Not sure what's up with their wax - they waxed the areas at least 3 times. I've never had to have the same area waxed more than 2x. Went to get their full body wax ($65) and wanted to substitute the lip for eyebrows, a $5 difference that they wouldn't let me sub and pay. They charged me for the full body and eyebrows separate. Parking at this strip is also limited and tight. Just fyi, Wax Me's full body ($65) includes legs, arms, Brazilian, and lip or eyebrows. read more

Whoa! Why aren't there more reviews about this place? I get wary of places that only have one review, even if that review is great. I decided to check it out even though I've been disappointed by other waxing establishments that have way more reviews and just as many stars. But when you desperately need a place closer than your normal waxing place in Roswell, you're willing to try a few places. Diane was amazing! Very detailed and went over with tweasers to get all those hard to get suckers. I have to say that this place is almost, if not just as good as Lady Bee (where I normally go), and for just $5 dollars more I am more than willing to forego the drive and hit this place up instead. read more

I was getting waxed at Bella for 15 months before I moved and it was seriously the best experience I have ever had. Mara is the only person that waxed me. She is phenomenal and I really miss going to her. If I didn't move halfway across the country I would still be coming in every month. I honestly haven't fully waxed in two months because I can't find anyone or any place that compares. Mara is a perfectionist! It wasn't very painful and she is a friendly, kind and easy going person. I called ahead of time, when I was leaving work, to see if they waxed men's facial hair and what area I specifically needed wax and was told that they do that specific area.
