Great service. The repair person was available very quickly and arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable and thorough and explained exactly what what wrong with our refrigerator. What's more he told us that it would be a waste of money to have him fix it--that the repair would cost about 50% of the cost of a comparable new fridge and that given what the problem was there was no way he could assure us that the same thing wouldn't happen again within a couple of years. I can't say enough how much I am grateful to Juan. My AC one afternoon stopped working all of a sudden. I was a little panicked because I didn't plan to spend money on AC repair.
