Not well maintained and VERY expensive! The pool is small and crowded. Sites need MUCH more weeding.

Hey Yelpers! Our month long journey brought us here for a few nights. Reservation and check in process was super easy. The office staff are very friendly and informative. Being the week of 4th of July (US Independence Day) there were different events going on in the campground and around the area. They had a site decorating contest, BBQ, and other things on the 4th itself. As for the campground, it was very clean and well organized. Two different shower rooms were available. I would recommend the one by the laundry room. The other smells like it is located over the septic tank. All that waste has to go somewhere, so I didn't take stars for it. Besides, both shower areas were the cleanest I've seen in a campground this trip. One big drawback was the location of the septic drain for our site. It was at the very end of the site on the uphill side. I have a tube incline accordion thing to help with the distance but it couldn't beat the slope difference. I had to manually lift my septic drain tube to force it down after the initial pressure subsided. That wasn't fun. As far as location, it's in a good spot just close enough to the entertainment and shopping. If you want to be close to either of the lakes, you are a ways away. Overall, would I stay here again, yes. The campground has a lot of great things going for it. Check them out and see for yourself! read more

Everything about this campground is topnotch! The staff is amazing, the facilities are sparkling, easy to get downtown. It is on top of a mountain, so no train noise which is rare for an rv park. They got tickets for us and ted our group amazing food. I loved everything about it. read more

this campground has full hook ups. Plenty of dog walking areas. A wonderful meeting building. And the owners are very happy to prepare meals for groups. But those same owners did not have an explanation as to why their offerings on cable did not include CNN or ESPN or MSNBC channels. Fox and Newsmax and other conservative channels were offered. Relaxing in the evening with some of my favorite cable offerings did not occur because they were not offered. Therefore my review is less than I would like to give. read more

Out of the way of the hustle and bustle, quiet and clean. Fun activities for the kids.

Overall unimpressed with stay. The big activity was a seminar of a lady who came in to talk about her story as a survivor of domestic abuse. Not my idea of a fun activity for a camping trip. Sites were okay. Pool was nicr but very crowded. Good for a 1 night stay read more

We stayed 2nights. Your laundry washing machines are outdated. In fact in all our years camping your equipment scores 0/10. The machines are old but worse is the fact that they are dirty inside. Our nice clothing and linens in 7 different machines all have black marks due to poor machine maintenance. SHAME ON YOU read more

A very quiet park just a couple of miles away from the Landing shopping area and the Branson strip. The check in/office staff was great. They were very helpful with answering questions about the shows and getting us tickets. The park has a nice pool area by the main building and several laundry/bathrooms with showers spread around the park. The facilities were all reasonable. The wifi was stable and strong. The sites were gravel and close to each other. Each site has a picnic table and BBQ grill. Our site was so sloped that we needed 6 inches of blocks for the back in order to get level. Great things: quiet, friendly staff, landscaping at office is nice. Location is wonderful and close to everything. Not great things: nice landscaping at office isn't practiced at the sites. Tiny sites for big rigs, not level and very unkempt. Short sites require you to park your vehicle diagonal to fit. Not clean at site, ancient grill and old warped picnic table. Grass so high even the dog didn't want to walk on it but the concrete pad is so small you can't avoid it. Tree limbs dragged on top of RV. They advertise "2 adjacent open fields for dogs to run" but don't mention weeds over 3 1/2 feet high. Internet service is very poor. Frequently could not access Internet at all unless we were outside. If you have a smaller rig and no pets and plan to be in town a lot, this place is ok. read more

Great location in Branson, affordable price, hook ups year round, laundry room, awesome bathrooms/showers- and multiple bath/bathroom houses! Pool and more! We had a great time staying at this campground and couldn't have asked for nicer owners and staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and made sure we were taken care of. They were in the process of landscaping but it already looked nice and inviting. We stayed in a tent the 1st night and upgraded to a cabin for the next 2 nights. The cabin was awesome with a mini fridge, microwave, kitchenette and a restroom with a toilet and shower. Would definitely stay there again! read more

As close to everything in Branson as you'd want without the noise and heavy traffic of the strip! The campground is clean and quiet at night. The bathrooms are immaculate! We didn't use the pool due to lack of time, but it looked clean and inviting. The sites are very close together with gravel pads and the roads are narrow, but there is an escort to guide you to your site. We had no problem setting up. read more

We were there for almost a week with a large group of fellow Roadtrek owners. It was a 40th anniversary celebration for the Roadtrek company. Over 200 units doubling up on sites and 500 people crowded the campground. The staff was gracious, helpful, and friendly and admitted that the large group stretched their comfortable limits. (we had the entire campground). Clean bathrooms and showers as were the sites. Gravel mostly level sites. There were two units on our site and I had to raise the front of our rig 7" to get it near level. The campground has a very country atmosphere even though it is close to town. This is a very Christian campground. Non Christians or non believers might feel a little put off, but most of Branson seems to put emphasis on Faith, family, veterans, and country. We had a good time and no problems. If we come back to Branson, we would probably stay here. read more

For our first visit to Brandon, we stayed at this campground for one week. It was close enough to all the attractions, but far enough out of town to be very quiet. The campground was clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities were well furnished and all machines were clean and working ($2 per machine), and there is a change machine available. There is also a building that serves three meals a day and has homemade sweets available for purchase. When we drove up we, saw on the billboard that we had won free show tickets, which was a great surprise. We were also able to purchase discounted tickets for another show. The office staff was helpful in assisting my husband in purchasing flowers and a birthday cake as a surprise for me. We had full hookup with 50 amp service and trash picked up at our site daily. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Branson. read more

This campground is a good one! We have enjoyed staying here. It is quiet and clean. The staff are very helpful and kind, of course, there always seems to be a grumpy one that should retire. We were given a large stack of advertisements, coupons, and area maps which seemed to be wasteful, as there were so many repeats. The bathrooms and showers were spotless. Many of the sites were shaded. We will definitely stay there again when in the area. read more

we enjoyed the new covered wagons and what a fun experience! everything you need with a small fridge, microwave and full bathroom. outside is a patio with a grill and fireplace we took full advantage of that! kids enjoyed the pool, playground and rock mining. highly recommend for a fun family experience. read more

The campground is OK but I would hardly call it America's Best, The interior roads are paves with gravel sites, mostly pull though with some shade. The sites are big enough for the rig, just barely. Many sites are not level, so make sure to ask for a level site. read more

Stayed here for 4 nights in October of this year. The place was clean & had a very nice office & entrance. The spots are all gravel and long, although they are not level all the way thru, you really did not have much space to park the RV on before it became unlevel. There were many open spots, but they choose to pack you in with everyone, which I don't understand why they couldn't scatter the RV's so you wouldn't be so close to your neighbor when the park was only half full. read more

We just spent two weeks at ABC for a rally and the park was very nice. The staff was just awesome to talk to and very helpful with any requests. The pool and hot tub was also a very nice addition. Garbage pickup form your site every day and free wifi that actually worked really well. You can also purchase tickets to any of the area shows through the campground and usually at a discounted price. read more

Great campground which is convenient to everything in Branson. We won free show tickets just for staying here. The sites are small but adequate. Many sites have a large tree. Most sites are pull through. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer discounted show tickets to many shows. I will come back here in the future. I have camped for many years, and this is the nicest time I have ever had at a campground. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Discount tickets are for sale for the best shows. The pool and hot tub are nice and clean with regular attention throughout the day. They even have America's Best Cafe on-site, which is great for those times when cooking is too much trouble. This is the only place I plan to stay in Branson going forward. Super nice! read more

If I could give this waste land a nonexistent star I would. Not only did we lose our camper due to fire from the RV next to us (nobody at fault) but after that was all said and done we were charged $5 a day for our unmovable RV to sit at the site until insurance could come pick it up. we were also told hotel costs would be covered by the owners for the length of our reservation. Night of incident went smoothly once at the hotel, we return to empty our RV the following morning and were told we still had the hotel until our reservation dates were met. Come to find out upon arriving to the room...WE NO LONGER HAD IT! WHY WOULD YOU NOT KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS RESERVATION???! We've been coming to this campground for 20+ years and now I will never be returning. These people are more worried about making money than actually taking the time to help the ones involved in tragedy while on their grounds. Not only that, but the asshole behind the counter..I'm assuming a form a management (middle aged, glasses with scraggly looking beard) couldn't even look us in the eyes after starting an argument with the employee who told us about the nights still being held at the hotel. Forget this campground, forget the horrible customer service. We will NEVER waste our money on this "campground" again read more
