It was meant to be a very special day, likely his last live baseball game ever, and we spared no expense, spending over $1,000 on tickets to make it memorable and comfortable for him. What we experienced instead was an absolute disaster that nearly ruined the entire day. No one showed up for our 12:30 PM pickup. Despite calling the office to confirm earlier that day, we were left stranded at his assisted living facility. I was on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up, and after that, they stopped answering my calls. By pure luck, I had the number of the afternoon driver (Victor), who called earlier to confirm the 5 PM pickup. I called him, and he was able to get in touch with dispatch--only to tell me no driver had been assigned and they had no solution. We scrambled to find another ride and luckily were able to get a Yellow Cab wheel transport to rush over. We ended up walking into the game in the 3rd inning--missing the start of a day we had planned for weeks and paid dearly for. After the game, the 5 PM ride never came either. Once again, we were stranded--this time outside the stadium in the heat, with my elderly father in his wheelchair, trying to keep him cool and hydrated while I made dozens of unanswered calls for an hour. We reached out to seven different taxi companies, none of which had wheelchair transport available. I finally called Victor again and explained the situation, we were stranded and desperate--thankfully, he pushed through with dispatch, got himself reassigned, and came to get us. He was the only bright spot in an otherwise nightmare of a day. This was not just about poor logistics--it was about putting an elderly, disabled man through unnecessary distress and completely failing to deliver the service we paid for. It turned what should have been a beautiful memory into a day filled with stress, rushing, and worrying for my father's well-being. If you're considering using this company for wheelchair transportation, please think twice--especially if you're dealing with someone vulnerable. We were lucky we had backup options. Not everyone will.

As of right now, my 90 year old father is still in transit from his appointment. Rather than the company declining the service so another more serious company would take it and be ON TIME they overcommit being unable to be on time. Mia & Kenny, you need to be more transparent with the customer. I do not recommend this company, unless you don't mind waiting or making your relative wait forever.

Patient they were late picking up is disabled, with only one leg, and muscle atrophy due to extended hospital stay so they could barely hold themself up in the chair after waiting more them 30 minutes. Only used them because it's who medicaid sent but we will be spending out of pocket for better transport in the future. ignore the comments on here from the owner saying to reach out so they can investigate. you can see the pattern in the reviews of them not caring to fix their business at all. it's also hilarious how they mark the business as "woman owned" on here to try and get business from people who find that important to them. when the owner Armen G is clearly not a woman.

I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. Your Company is Strongly Recommended! Great Teamwork!
