Delivery was from St. Louis to Denver. My husband received a call from Victor, the driver, the night before pickup to confirm 8am. He texted and hour before and arrived exactly on time. It's typically a 12-hour trip. Victor contacted me that night to let me know he arrived and would be ready for me to pick up at 8am. Again, he was very punctual and everything went so smoothly. Considering the price of gas and saving 1000 miles of wear and tear on my vehicle, I feel like I got an excellent deal and would absolutely use this service again.

We were told by the driver to contact the dispatch company as well as the owner of the trucking company. When I reached out to get assistance with getting my window fixed, I was told that they wouldn't help me because there were items inside the car and that one of the items broke the window. In the videos and pictures taken by myself as well as the driver, you can see that there is nothing in or near the windows other than blankets and a couple pair of pants. You can hear the driver in the video saying that he sees that there are only blankets in the window and he doesn't know what caused the break. This company is terrible. I would run far away from them. Do not trust them with something as valuable as your vehicle
