He was always available to answer my many questions and I really appreciated that. We had an Ollie hand glider in the car that while long weighs less than 2 lbs. potentially 3 lbs if you add the box. The driver flat out accused my husband of lying to him and said he wouldn't take the car unless we paid him personally. In the end we didn't have much choice because we were moving cross country but it added a lot of stress and I wouldn't use again.

We were told by the driver to contact the dispatch company as well as the owner of the trucking company. When I reached out to get assistance with getting my window fixed, I was told that they wouldn't help me because there were items inside the car and that one of the items broke the window. In the videos and pictures taken by myself as well as the driver, you can see that there is nothing in or near the windows other than blankets and a couple pair of pants. You can hear the driver in the video saying that he sees that there are only blankets in the window and he doesn't know what caused the break. This company is terrible. There was never a quote submitted or confirmation from my part of ever needing the service when it was originally entered since I had planned on retuning the leased vehicle in the destination city I was traveling to. They refused to issue a refund despite not needing or using their services. If you give these people your credit card beware of future charges which may suddenly appear and you'll have no recourse. It's their word against yours and they will lie to your credit card company.
