I called back seven times (10 seconds after her call) to find out when they were actually closing, as it's a 30 min ride from my house. They will not answer the phones after stated hours. My car ended up staying overnight because I couldn't pay for an uber out and back if they weren't going to be there. If you are keeping peoples cars past closing time, you need to answer the phones after you call for pickup. It's not ok to leave people without a car overnight!
