They immediately gave the vehicle to another customer without a reservation who was complaining about not having a vehicle making me stranded here. Called customer service to resolve me being stranded here because of the mistake of the store front manger and all I got was a foreign call center not willing or able to resolve the issue. Do Not rent from Enterprise. Oh and the manager called the cops because I raised my voice at him about giving the car away. Ok children. Cops left immediately.

So we called Enterprise and book a car over the phone. We ordered Uber to take us to the airport to pick up the Car. We waited in the long line. When it finally our turn we came to find out that there were no more available cars. It was 8am and was told there would not be a car until around 1pm. The customer service was very rude. We questioned why book us if they had no cars. Apparently they were overbooked. We had no idea they were overbooked. They us a reservation and we thought we were good. Due to no cars we were stranded. Running around back and forth cost us time and money. That day ending up costing us almost $100 in uber fees running around looking for a car rental. Never coming here again.
