Reservations here are more of a pipe dream than an actuality. I have been stuck waiting HOURS on more than one occasion for a rental after booking online and making a "reservation". Called customer service to resolve me being stranded here because of the mistake of the store front manger and all I got was a foreign call center not willing or able to resolve the issue. Do Not rent from Enterprise. Oh and the manager called the cops because I raised my voice at him about giving the car away. Ok children. Cops left immediately.

American Auto rental only required me to have a major credit card and ins. They verified my car insurance, gave me the keys and I was on my way. I did thought the place was a bit pricey. They require an min of 2 days for car rental. I only needed the car for a day. I rented the car in the morning and returned it that afternoon and it cost me $300. But i cannot really complain they helped me out.

And they have a drop off option where I can drop the keys off on a weekend instead of paying for an extra day. With other rental companies, I have received an email the day before a trip telling me they don't have my vehicle and my whole trip is ruined or altered. I have received greatly superior service from other rental car companies on third world countries.
