Angel assisted me in creating an island charging station, showed a tremendous amount of patience when deciding paint colors and really came through with a team that delivered a luxurious, quality kitchen! Not the cheapest contractor (not the most expensive either) yet value for dollar definitely shows in the quality of their work. We talked with Rosa.. she answers the phone when we call majestic. IT IS A BIT CONFUSING TO US. she did say that they do more home repair as in fixing drywall , lay tile and she even said they can fix plumbing and turn or jet bathtub into a shower, she said they can do everything. We were looking for some remodeling so I asked for an estimate and was really eager to get started. Majestic cabinets came out and measured and said he would email our estimate . We waited for 2 days. I called and Rosa answered the phone again and said she wasn't sure why it was taking too long for the estimate to get back to us and she asked me to send her my email again. I sent it to her cell phone number (as she directed me to send it to her!) She said she wasn't sure what was going on and would get back to me. 3 nights later no reply from them. At this point I wouldn't even allow them into my home again... there are plenty if people who want the job and I have someone coming out tomorrow. WE just dont understand why they do not get back to you and simply give you an estimateor say they do not have time or want the job?? We are also on a schedule and woukd appreciate you calling or email back so we can also find someone else. Just let people know if you are too busy or if you are not interested in the work, because there are plenty of people who will do it and you are wasting out time too. If this is how this company behaves in the beginning.. I am glad we didn't get stuck hiring them. We needed a custom open "box" cabinet and framing to go above and around our new SubZero refrigerators and wine cooler. I called several companies throughout Las Vegas, and due to the thriving economy and new housing boom, every company told me they were way too busy to do such a small custom job. However, Angel came over within a couple of days to see my project. He took measurements and pictures, and had an estimate within a few days. About 4 weeks later (everyone else said 6 months out!), Angel came over again with his carpenter. A couple of weeks later they installed the cabinet and custom framing around our brand new appliances. The install guys and office manager were all very friendly and the craftsmanship was superb. We are locals and have worked diligently to remodel our home. Our remodel was extensive and massive and included refinishing existing cabinets, construction of new and matching cabinet and the manufacture, staining and installation of brand new cabinets and shelving in an area that only had drywall previously. We used Majestic Cabinets on the recommendation of a pricey and very upscale project manager who only recommends the best - and we were not disappointed. Majestic Cabinets are extraordinary craftsmen with a remarkable eye for detail. They are professionals who take great pride in their work and product. Every cabinet was built to perfection and are indistinguishable from anything that existed previously. When I arrived from out of town and noticed a slight blemish I was unhappy with (I'm a picky sort), Majestic came in, draped the entire house and spent 3 days re-doing the cabinets until I was satisfied and more importantly, until they were satisfied. I did not ask them to do that. There was no debate or argument/ They did it because they take great pride in their work and in their customer satisfaction. Some months later we had a dining room table bench that we wanted to match the cabinets they installed. They took the bench and magically changed it to not only match the cabinets, but improved the bench in the process. Elizabeth and Angel in the office are exceptional, communicative, reliable and customer centric. They were responsive to our needs, provided terrific follow up and all at a reasonable price and value. We commend Majestic Cabinets to you without reservation. Went in there asked if they could make us some cabinets, they didn't seem very interested, my husband gave them a sketch with dimensions and all. We waited for a quote which we were told would get emailed. Got nothing. He called back spoke to a lady that said yes she has it and will email it. That's was at least 3 weeks ago. We have still heard nothing. I'm sure we will find a better company who would like our business! Well I get an apology message and resend our drawings to an email which is incorrect! Find the correct address and it's been over a week since we were promised an estimate! NOT looking good for this company at all. Very unreliable. read more

Total lack of customer service and way too pricey. It took over a week to get a quote of $250 to repair one small bathroom drawer. I started by calling and sending photos. When I got no response, I drove there and dropped off the drawer. It took four more days to get a quote of $250 from the office manager who could not explain why it was so high. She said Angelo would call me (the third time I had heard that in a week). He never called. I went back and just picked up the drawer. I do not recommend this company. read more

Elizabeth, Cynthia, and Angel where amazing people to work with. They meet the time frame we agreed upon at the being of the job despite unforeseen hiccups that could not be avoided. When we had concerns big or small (being first-time homeowners we had a lot of first-timers questions and concerns). But No matter all our questions they were always addressed promptly and in a way that was not condescending which means a lot to us, they were willing to listen and act on our concerns in a satisfactory way. Our cabinet refacing and counter replacement seem daunting at first, but turned out wonderful, and was priced very fair compared to the estimation given to us by other contractors, including an estimation from. A well known National Orange coloured themed big box hardware store. We would recommend Majestic without hesitation and plan to use them when it is time to upgrade our bathrooms. read more

My husband and I did a Remodel on an older home in Henderson Nv about 18 months ago. We did extensive searches on new kitchen cabinets for many months. We knew that we did not want anything made in China. We wanted custom cabinets in white, but had a budget. From our first meeting Angel , we were sure he was an honest hard working businessman. We were not disappointed! He was on point with what we wanted with product, price and efficient timeline. He and his workers along with the expertise coordination of Elizabeth( you go girl),were professional n did an outstanding job! Over a year after the installation , we had a concern about some of the finish on a few of the doors. We called Elizabeth who promptly spoke to Angel about our concerns. Within a few days he was at our house checking it out! Above and beyond what we expected! Within a few weeks it was all resolved. My husband and I were impressed at his integrity! I give up and perhaps you should too. Majestic Cabinets seems too busy for new customers. After messaging back and forth for an ***entire month*** (they rarely answer their phone or respond to messages) in an attempt to get an estimate I have decided to move onto another company that is open for business. After all that work, I got one appointment for an estimate and he was a no-show. If you have a couple of months and a lot of patience waiting for a call back then this company might work for you. I choose Majestic Cabinets after speaking to, two other company's. I choose to repaint existing cabinets, staircase and front door. Their customer service is 10 stars. Pricing very fair. They were in my house for 3 weeks,every employee was respectful of my space and dogs. All employees were so friendly, made sure they understood exactly what I wanted and my home was cleaned on a daily basis. I could not be happier with the out come, I feel like I'm living in someone's else's home. Majestic Cabinets transformed my home from a 1995 home full of ugly oak to a truly updated 2021 amazing home. We hired Majestic Cabinets to upgrade the kitchen cabinets in our Las Vegas home. We described to Angel what we were hoping to do, and he gave us a fair estimate to do the work. We were very pleased with the job that he and his crew did. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was terrific. We were so happy with the project we decided to have them add cabinets in our laundry room, and again, the price was fair and the quality of their work was excellent. There was a small issue that we weren't happy with, but they sent the crew back out to our house the next day to fix it. They installed my cabinets in June 2020 and there were many issues. One cabinet wasn't designed as requested, they sent the wrong handles (then tried to charge me, but then didn't once I told them I wasn't paying more money), and then they tried to install extension cords instead of pop-up power strip (finally they installed the correct ones when I refused to pay). Now 3 months later the shelves are warping. They were supposed to come out last week and they didn't. I'm really disappointed in this company and would not hire them again. read more

We experienced an unfortunate roof leak in February,2017. We contacted our insurance company who referenced us to Yack Construction to contract the job. The leak ruined our study/guest room. The room had built-in cabinetry (including a Murphy bed) and wall-to-wall carpeting all of which had to be removed. Majestic Cabinets, Las Vegas, was called in to remedy the damage. Angel Sandoval promptly responded. He came to our home to meet with us, assess the damage, discuss our needs and, along with our input, develop a plan. We decided we wanted a custom job done in oak. Mr. Sandoval drew a sketch of the cabinetry and its placement in the room. He also brought a sample of what Majestic Cabinets could do in oak. we approved, and, shortly thereafter Majestic Cabinet's crew arrived to install the cabinets including the Murphy bed. The result was breath-taking. We were thoroughly impressed by Majestic Cabinets. The workmanship is more than top-notch. Furthermore, the installers were friendly, professional, and never left a mess for me to clean up. If a question arose we were consulted. Following installation, Majestic Cabinets (Elizabeth) came to take pictures and make sure we were pleased. The result was a beautiful room we are very proud of. They are a very friendly company! They did all the cabinets in my house for a decent price. My master bath were a custom design and they did a great job with those. We had to make some adjustments initially (island was crooked) but they sent someone immediately to fix the problem when the flooring guys noticed the error. We also had to have a drawer repainted and a few other minor adjustments to other cabinets but they always fixed any problems. We just had an additional shelf added to our pantry and they didn't charge us for it. We thought that was a very nice thing for them to do for us. read more

I am so incredibly impressed with Majestic Cabinets. We had snapped a kitchen cabinet door and front of a drawer off on accident a couple months ago and had been searching relentlessly for a company that could tell us it could be fixed or replicated. I lugged both pieces into Lowes and Home Depot, called a bunch of places... and it seemed like nobody would even try. When we found Majestic Cabinets on Yelp, I called and their office manager Yesenia said "We can fix them, there's no doubt. Just bring them in." I loved the confidence. My husband and I own a business so for someone to react like that, I had to give it a try. We live 45 minutes from them, but the drive was worth it. It only took a couple days, and the cabinets are BRAND NEW PIECES OF WOOD AND LOOK IDENTICAL TO OUR CABINETS. I am so impressed. If something happened to your cabinet door or drawer - GO HERE. I gave them one star and this is 3 stars TOO many. I had them come in March (beginning) and they did measurements. 6 weeks later, I called them and they sent another person to measure (again). Then 6 weeks later they came to install. They said it would take 2 days and it took one day which is great but they want their check THAT day!!! Unfortunately, we are a family that has 2 jobs and we are not blessed that we have only one income. So it takes a LOT of effort for somebody to be here for the measurement(s), install. The quality is OK. BTW they did not put in handles. Who installs cabinets without handles. They would "gladly" come back and install the handles. I will do this myself, otherwise have to wait for 12 more weeks for this to happen. They will charge 3% extra for CC. I own a business myself and was by the state this is "illegal" Guess if you don't get caught, it is legal. One of the top 3 WORST contractors I have worked with. read more
