Ferguson home recently took over electric generators direct, which I have ordered from many times…read morealso referred customers to order there generators. Had good luck and no real problems. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a generator from Ferguson home and they had the tracking number messed up from day one. Called the day after and was assured I'd get the correct tracking number, never happened. A couple days later I tried to call and was 32 in line on the phone, nope got better things to do then sit on hold. To date the tracking number is not correct in my account. The carrier called and asked if they could deliver in two days I said yes, the carrier said they would call and confirm the morning of, never heard from them waited all day until 3 pm figured it's not coming today. Get 40 minutes from home guy calls up and said I'm here with your generator. Had to send it back and pick up at the hub 50 minutes away. I messaged customer service about all this twice and never got a response. Ferguson home customer service is horrible. Guess my customers and I will be ordering generators elsewhere.

She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We discussed all of the necessary supplies we would need for tile work and placed the order. We were fully covered for the tiling jobs since our project manager only told us to order the tile. Turns out we needed all but the thin set. Our project manager neglected to tell us prior to ordering that we did not need the thin set but Alyssa assured me that anything that wasn't needed could be returned. I wasn't able to speak to the project manager until the following day and it turns out the thin set was not needed, so I was able to have the order adjusted prior to pick up by our project manager. Alyssa knows her stuff for sure! I asked her honest opinion on grout color choices and she led me in the right direction! We are very thankful for all of her help and guidance and expertise through this journey. When we return to the store for future purchases, we will remember Alyssa for sure. To cancel the thin set from the order prior to pick up, I called this afternoon and spoke with Aidan and Aidan was able to process the return before our pick up and issue a credit to our account. Tony walked me through everything , from the different types of tile to the kinds of grout . The difference between ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. If you are thinking of doing your own tile project, definitely go to Floor & Decor, ask to speak with a manager, and schedule an appointment with Tony. He'll set you up on a Saturday and make sure you leave with all the knowledge you need. They offer DIY classes which I think is an amazing idea. You walk out of there feeling confident in your projects. . This place reminds me of Home Depot but for flooring . They carry beautiful tile pieces and pretty good price compared to other tile stores I've looked into. Their delivery fee is $250 .

Because by now I've had the chance to live with the work A-1 has done for some time and I while was ecstatic with the job when it was finished, I'm honestly even happier with it now. Originally, I reached out to A-1 to do the countertops and backsplash of a kitchen renovation. As you can see in the pictures, the backsplash is a mosaic tile and that can be somewhat difficult to work with. But this was no problem at all for A-1. Their attention to detail on both the countertops and backsplash was superb and they turned out amazing. The backsplash is the highlight of the kitchen and everyone who sees it compliments it without fail. Meanwhile, the countertops are perfect, excellent quality, durable, and the perfect choice for the room. My experience with the kitchen tile and stone was so good, I came back to A-1 for a guest bathroom remodel. Again, as you can see from the pictures, this involved a lot of tile. It also involved removing a tub, a door, installing an entirely new sink, and reworking the entire shower. A-1 handled every facet of the job from the planning and install of the shower and all the tile, to bringing in the sub-contractors for the plumbing, drywall, and electrical. And just like those working for A-1, their subcontractors were all professional, highly skilled, and budget conscious. Everything in this bathroom was re-done, the floor, the walls, the toilet, the sink, And from the shampoo box that is now the centerpiece of the room, to framing out the new LED medicine cabinet, the marble tile has turned what was a dark, cramped guest bath into something that is now inviting, open, and a subtle highlight of my home. But best of all, it's functional. I know this because since these jobs were completed near the end of 2022, I have come back to A-1 once again to now remodel my entire master bath. And as that has been going on, I have been living out of this guest bathroom. To me, that's the real test. Not just how it looks in the pictures, but how it lives day to day. And the functionality, especially in such a small space, has really paid off. I cannot recommend A-1 highly enough. Issac has put together a great team and they are one of the unsung gems in town when it comes to all things stone and tile. From helping with the design, to making sure the materials are quality, to securing trustworthy subcontractors, to their attention to detail, I cannot recommend A-1 Design Stone highly enough. And when my master bath is ready to go, I'm confident I'll add another glowing review about that as well. Thank you, A-1!

We've worked with them twice now after leaks led to surprise remodeling projects. Isaac and his team at A1 Stone did an incredible job installing our shower, and they did an exquisite transformation of our kitchen. Isaac listened to our design ideas, helped us refine them, and executed them with superb craftsmanship. He was here every day of the project, either working with his crew or checking on their progress. When we needed to work with other trades, he helped us coordinate them in the right order, and the contractors he recommended for that work were also uniformly excellent. We have more renovations to do - thankfully voluntary - and we will absolutely be doing them with A1 Design Stone!

It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. We finally decided to get it done so our new dog could have a nice place to play, especially during the summers, where we can control the heat levels. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!

Cabinet Craft was our first and last choice in choosing a company to remodel our kitchen and reface the other existing cabinetry in our newly purchased home - they were in desperate need of a makeover! Barry, the owner, is definitely old school when it comes to blueprinting. Do not expect a computer generated drawing or rendering, which is what I had expected, but the company's "old school standards" worked just as well. As you would come to expect, there were many conversations and goings back and forth, small details were not discussed beforehand (like the painting of the inside surface of the refaced cabinetry, and that some of the kitchen cabinets were missing roll-outs) BUT Anne, Barry's wife and co-owner, was quick to fix these concerns. We had selected a beautiful quartz counter top, but when National Stone came to measure, there were some concerns with the "lip", sub-top fitting and the fact that there would be a seam along the perimeter of the island. We were unhappy with that, BUT Anne had ensured us that we can upgrade to a 3CM counter top that would rid of us our concerns. National Stone was also great to work with because they listened to my ideas as I described where I wanted the seam to be on the top of the counter where the two slabs had to be connected. Barry and his two sons came to check on the process and see our satisfaction. Anne was very patient and kind. Victor, their installer, was phenomenal and I can't express how amazing he is! He was in and out of the house for about two weeks and he was super patient with me - I can be a little bit of a perfectionist - and his work speaks for itself. Overall, even though our budget was exceeded, the quality of work and professionalism of Cabinet Craft and their subcontractors (National Stone for the kitchen counter tops and Kera for the bathroom sink counter tops) will be highly recommended by us from here on out. Cabinet Craft did an outstanding job with my 30 year old kitchen and were absolutely fantastic to work with. I am so pleased! My biggest shoutout is to the installer Yojan, a true gentleman with 20 years of experience doing this. His expertise, his patience, the care he took in my home and his work ethic are old-school amazing. He is an asset to Cabinet Craft and a rock star with cabinetry. Kudos to Michelle in the office for her scheduling skills and responsiveness, to Lee for working the measurements, to Randy in estimating for his recommendations and helping me stay on budget while getting what I needed most, and to Maz in the showroom. When I walked in, I didn't know where to start and was overwhelmed with choices about not only doing my cabinets, but also replacing hideous 30 year old tile , a crazy backsplash with yet more tile, and an awful inset sink. The discussion I had with him about how to coordinate the work helped me feel at ease, and the fact that Cabinet Craft has a connection with a very good local countertop installer helped me immensely. Cabinet Craft will even get that estimate process started for you with them. Everyone helped to coordinate the timeline, and it all ran smoothly from day 1. From the beginning, we found CabinetCraft very professional, always on time for appointments, and offered great advice on our design and cabinet refacing. Their pricing was reasonable enough for us to decide to reface all the cabinets in our home. They also provided many excellent referrals to other contractors (plumber, handyman, and tile company) that we needed to engage for the project. At the beginning, Barry said it would take two weeks and that's exactly how long it took to have all our cabinets done. In regards to their team members - Michelle was very pleasant and helpful when we stopped by the office to choose back splash tile and ask questions. Anne was also very professional in calling us the day before demo to remind us of certain things and to keep us informed during the entire project. Victor, the installer was absolutely top notch! He was on time every day, was a perfectionist in his work, cleaned up every night, and handled other requests that we added during the process. Wow! This an excellent company with excellent service. We got our tired, stained,worn, out-of-style kitchen cabinets refaced by Cabinet Craft. 1. We went to their store and received polite and informative information from the two gals in the store. They set up the bid appointment. 2. Barry and Ben came out to bid, discuss, measure our project. They were on time for the appointment and also very professional. They came up with a couple novel ideas for how to solve some space/configuration problems with our existing cabinet set up. They provided the bid amount on the spot, no delay. 3. After signing the contract a couple days later we got a call from the office gals for the installation dates. Prompt turn-around and no waiting a long time to get an install date. 4. The installer, Leo, showed up on time on the agreed install date and proceeded to do a crazy great job on the install. In our case he worked a long first day and got our job complete by mid-day day two. He has 20+ years experience doing this work and it shows. He is exceptional in his skill. Our results are way, way, way beyond our expectations. We LOVE our refaced cabinets and how great and up to date our kitchen is now. We shopped around to multiple sources for our kitchen refacing project and were happy that we went with Cabinet Craft. They were pleasant on the phone and invited us down to their showroom where they were even more pleasant in person. They came out for our first review and were professional and gave us a quote the was about $5500 less than anyone else. Just as professional for their final preliminary visit as well. They kept in contact with us during the scheduling period and on the day they were scheduled to start, and every day after, our installer Victor was right on time and was amazing. He answered all of our questions and did little fixes for us to make sure our install was perfect. He kept our kitchen isolated from the rest of the house while he was working so no mess in other parts of the house and each night when he was done working, all of the material and tools were meticulously stored out of our way and the kitchen was cleaned so we could use it at night. I have nothing but raves for Cabinet Craft. I feel like I have a brand new kitchen at a fraction of the price. I had the original oak cabinets and they were badly warped and dried out. I have fairly new appliances and didn't want to change the layout, so refacing seemed the best option. Jason came out and gave me a complete and prompt estimate. In addition to refacing, I added soft close drawers and doors and pull out drawers that I absolutely love!! I asked to schedule the work during spring break and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Yohan, our installer, was a total craftsman. He was always prompt and professional. He left the work area cleaner and he found it. The entire job was complete in 3 1/2 days and I couldn't be happier. I saw their booth at one of the home shows and I was quiet impressed by the cabinet refacing display. When I got home I looked them up on Angie's list and was quiet pleased with their rating. I made an appointment to have someone come out and give me a free quote and I found them to be both prompt and professional. Their prices met my expectations so I signed the contract on the spot. The installer was very polite and extremely talented. I was pleased with both his work ethic and craftsmanship. Needless to say the entire kitchen turned out better than I expected. We are extremely happy with the refaced kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops and sinks. Anne was very helpful (and very patient) in our decision for selection choices. The installer did amazing work to make it look like a professional job (which of course it was). Sometimes you wonder whether a project like this will be all worth it. And then you see the results and seems like it should have been a no-brainer. It is so beautiful and you wonder why you waited. The materials available now are high-end and easy to maintain. Things like soft-closing doors are an added touch. We also installed an over-the-range microwave, and it fitted perfectly (with the exactly opening in the cabinets). I couldn't be happier with my new pullouts!! We recently moved into a new condo and the builder did not put drawers or pullouts in the bottom cabinets. As a senior, I was having trouble bending down to reach items in my lower kitchen cabinets. I contacted Cabinet Craft and they came right out... gave me a great estimate ( with a senior discount ) and scheduled my installation for a couple of weeks. We had our cupboards refaced last week. Leo was the carpenter from Cabinet Craft. He did a very nice job. He was efficient, knowledgable about his work, tidy, and answered my questions without hesitation. The cabinets were done in an antique white. They are beautiful, and totally changed the look of the kitchen. I also had pull outs placed in the pantry area and lower, hard to reach areas of the cupboards. What a life saver. No more crawling around on the floor attempting to locate a hard to reach item hidden in the cupboard. It's a simple concept. Should have been available years ago. I recommend Cabinet Craft highly. Just had the cabinets done at my daughter's condo and all I can say is WOW! KB the installer did an excellent job! He worked non-stop for 3 days. Everybody that came out was super friendly. Randy was the sales guy he was super friendly and not a pushy salesperson. Lee was the measuring guy, super friendly too. (We shared a milestone birthday this year) When we went to their store it was the same everyone was super friendly. Cabinets were delivered on time, no calls saying they need to reschedule. Cabinet Craft is the best! It starts with the wonderful office staff. Then the owner Barry will come to your home and make an appraisal. Barry is very professional and his prices are more than fair. The best in town actually. We received four other quotes before choosing Cabinet Craft. We had both our cabinets refaced and and our countertops replaced. The installers were great. They did their work with a minimum of inconvenience to our family. Most importantly, for the few changes we requested, while the work was being done, the answer was always "sure, whatever you want". This is the company to go with for your cabinet needs! We looked around and they are absolutely the best we could find. They worked with us on the colors, designs, and how the process works. Our new kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, and laundry room look spectacular. However, when they finished the kitchen, it was way beyond our expectations. The estimate process was simple and quick about 30min. The team at the office helped get me setup with an installation date about a month later and Victor with his years of experience was a great installer! It took 2 days to complete and the end result was night and day! I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out for the price as well. We only have to do was plumbing afterwards and put back all the drawers and dishes etc under the counters. (Get dusty) Jonathan (Al's son) will give you the estimate and price can be vary. I chose somewhere middle price. Still way cheaper than my granite I paid 22 years ago. Their price is awesome for what I got. So glad that I chose Monte Cabinets & Countertops!!!
