It failed and they listed several problems including the check engine light being disconnected. They also said it had failed the inspection a month earlier. This is definitely something Auto Depot should have known about. Returned the vehicle the same day but they would not give all the money back. They kept $375 for a documentation fee. If they are low enough to disconnect a check engine light just to sell a vehicle they cannot be trusted.

I had a mild heart attack and put into the Hospital that following Monday 10/29/18. I was already off of work before my purchase due to a surgery, but I was planning to go back to work on the Monday I went into the hospital. I called days later to notify the lot of what had happened and that I may be late with my first payment. I went back to work about a week later still keeping them posted. Got my first check back went to make a pymt and asked about getting another temp tag. I was told no! that I still owe money & until that's paid I can't get one. I was told to call in & speak to Maria on Monday. (She switch to each of the lots) to make an arrangement so I did. It was scheduled for Dec 14th. I got off work which is about 30-45 mins drive to the lot when no traffic to go pay them, but due to the traffic I wasn't going to make it before they closed so I turned around with plans to go back after work sat the 15th when I got off there were someone waiting to pick up my car & they did. I was told I would have to pay $1285 to get it back and I had until Dec 28th to pay. After getting up the amount due I called the 27th to verify the pymt and it was verified. then fri before heading there I called back to speak to Maria to be sure the amount is right before catching a ride all the way there and she gave a $200 more amount and when asked why she said because a new payment is now due. No one every said this to me just like they never told me my car would be picked up if pymt wasn't made on the 14th. I was never told they had a drop box or that they take payments over the phone. I was only told at time of purchase that I would have to make my 1st 3 payments before I can setup auto pay but I can come in to pay & it's free. I'm now without a car with heart problems stressing myself out trying to get my kids to school & me to work all while trying to save again for another down payment. All of this could have been avoided if they gave more info being I was new with them. I honestly think they wanted to keep the car to make double off of it. **no one knows their future & with that being said this is not a lot I would refer anyone to spend money at. If you have a lost of income temporarily due to health issues for you or your family they won't care and you would lose out from them picking up your vehicle.*** look at the time frame I was with them I hadn't even got my hard plates yet only a few days over 60 days from purchase and I'm out of lots of money and no vehicle and they didn't / don't care!!! There's alot of companies out here that works with their customers and that aren't money hungry or heartless!!

I asked for an owner's email/contact info or the COO or head of customer relations, but the attorney is the only option. This speaks volumes. I will not and should not have to pay for a third time to drive there and pay for a hotel and food and gas and my time. You should reimburse me for the money and my time and for the other time I was there as well. You did a terrible job on my camera twice (it still isn't correct) and you damaged my car and didn't tell me or even repair it or disclose this to me. It is brand new! There were other issues with my title too. I emailed HR as someone told me that is the best place to start. They didn't respond. The time I've had to spend on this so far because of your mistakes and choices is excessive. I asked to have the Roswell GA dealership fix it for me which is significantly closer to me but you won't. Every other dealership I spoke to said they would truck the car to them if they did any of this. RUN! Do not use this dealership. I bought a new Ineos Grenadier Fieldmaster. I thought everything was great. They filed the paperwork incorrectly and I got a letter from state that I was going to be fined (eventually they fixed this). They did a very poor job of installing a camera that I wanted as part to the sale so I could see easier driving home. I came back again (another -7+ hour drive each way) as I was in town for health treatments again, and they did a poor job again and caused more problems (didn't put trim back correctly, left gaskets open, and used duct tape!!! to hold the wires up). I guess I should have looked everything over but I expected the Managing Partner Corey and/or manager of the service department to review a vehicle before it goes to a customer. To make it worse, they damaged my car (not sure how but scraped the bumper in several places), attempted to sand it and it looks terrible, and didn't tell me! It looks like drill marks. They want me to drive back a third time to allow them fix it. This is beyond unprofessional. If you want to buy an Ineos, please go see Brian in Roswell GA. At this point, and with my correspondence with Ineor Corporate the last few dyas, I would say find another vehicle to buy. They didn't even wipe down the car, fill the windshield wiper fluid, etc. any of the times I was there. I spoke with the attorney of Victory Automotive Group in an attempt to reach the owner. I am shocked that they are unwilling to do what is right and ethical. It is sad that I have take more of my time to write a review but it was suggested by other dealerships, employees of Ineos, attorneys, etc. that this is the only way to get attention these days.

Especially Will Barnes the General Manager, he went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of as a valued customer. I highly recommend this team.
