This morning while I was at work the lot called my phone lying saying that my son did not have any insurance when I sat there all day with him two weeks ago and added him to my auto insurance policy with this car lot on top of the dealership I have as lienholders making my policy over $800 more than what I was paying for my vehicle. Then to make matters worse they came into private property in a enclosed garage that states no one besides the tenants, landlord and employees are allowed in the garage to repossess my son's charger when he is not late on any payments. I am the person who is responsible for the closure of CleanCars of Nashville and American Car Center in the United States. Do not try to scam people when they have the power to close you down forever. I am coming for my son's money.

After all the disappointments with other places we saw some good reviews about Two Rivers so we then called Two Rivers and talked to Carl Dassinger. Within the first few minutes we knew we finally found the right place and person to deal with. Carl was straight forward with the pricing and the waiting period for a build. We ordered at the end of January and our truck with the options we chose arrived the beginning of April well before the expected time frame. Carl kept us updated along the way and he was very responsive when I had questions while we waited for the build to be completed. I never once had to call Carl to find out what was going on as he was on it by calling us as he received information. Two Rivers Ford and Carl Dassinger is a true example of how truck selling should be done. This was by far the easiest, lowest stress truck buying experience we have had! It seemed to be a decent little car until the catalytic converter bit the dust 7 months later, as you know the catalytic converter is one of the most expensive things that can go wrong with an automobile.The mechanic explained that the cars exhaust was rigged and welded in a way that was so shotty it was set up to cause this damage. Either County Line didn't inspect the car before selling it or just didn't care. My husband called these people at County Line and of course they didn't offer to fix or even pay for part of the repair, but they did agree to give our son a break and move the next two payments to the end of the loan and resume his payments of 150$ the next billing cycle. We helped to pay the balance of the repair a 800$on a 5000$ car( thank God we had it). But today County Line stuck it to him again and took three hundred out of our son's account, causing an overdraft fee. County Line's response?..... Well that's what we had written down. Bottom line, if you are out of your mind desperate to go there, take a mechanic with you. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.
