Last winter, I was in an accident where the other driver clearly ran a stop sign. It was straightforward--they were at fault. But the handling of this claim has been a complete nightmare. I've been sent into a black hole of silence. Emails ignored. Chat tickets unanswered. When I did finally get someone on the phone, they kept telling me they were "investigating" and that they were "waiting" for the other insurance company. Turns out, that was a complete lie. I finally took matters into my own hands and called both insurance companies myself. Neither of them had received a single document or subrogation file from Flexcar. Months had passed, and Flexcar had done nothing, yet they were feeding me false updates to stall. I've had to do all the detective work that I'm paying them to handle.
