DO NOT buy from this dealership. We were sold a car that was represented as being in good condition but it had serious engine problems, black smoke was coming from it, we had to have it towed, and now we're being forced to replace the engine at our own expense. They only gave a 15-day warranty which is laughable given the state of the vehicle and the obvious issues. The seller kept claiming he doesn't speak English as if that excuses selling a dangerous, faulty car. When we contacted the office for help the staff were completely unhelpful and the representative made us wait with no solutions or accountability. This feels like an outright scam and has cost my family time, money, and peace of mind. Save yourself the stress and money avoid this place, report them to consumer protection and spread the word so no one else gets scammed. read more

worst company ever! My drive shaft stop working. They referred me to PepBoys did nothing but kept my car for a week! Its a recall on my car and has been before I leased my car. The recall is on the brake light will go out causing a car behind you to not see you stop. It's definitely true that they go by income and not credit. As someone that has student loans, a charge off, and a repo I was a little skeptical, but they approved me with no co-signer. Initially I didn't see any vehicles I was interested in. I asked for something specifically, and was told they had one at another location. The salesman went to go get the vehicle, but when he returned he was driving a completely different vehicle than we agreed that he was picking up. He stated that the vehicle that I was interested in wasn't "up to par" and wouldn't accelerate past 45. They assured me that everything would be repaired, and I had nothing to worry about. The catch was after repairs that if a new customer came in they could purchase it, and the only way I could prevent that was putting down $500. Ok putting money down on a car that I hadn't seen in person was not something I wanted to do,but again I was in desperate need of a car! They also assured me that if I was dissatisfied that deposit could be transferred to a different vehicle or refunded. After 2 weeks the car still wasn't repaired. That made me frustrated and really annoyed me. Finally they called and told me they have a similar one at another location 2 hours away. They went and picked it up the next day. So at this point I'm thinking ok I should be able to pick it up. Wrong! The salesman stated he wanted to change the oil after driving it that far. He promised it would be ready the next day. Tomorrow comes and guess what? He calls and says the place was super busy and the oil hasn't been changed yet. So they called me when it was ready, but I wasn't able to drive off just yet. During the signing of the papers the salesman stated I needed and additional $750! That was never discussed with me I thought I paid everything and was just picking up my car. That ish pissed me off so bad that I left. After clearing my head and gathering more funds, I picked up my car a couple of days later. They told me I had 3 days to get an emission. Like really come on who sells a car without a current emission, they were paying for it but still another inconvenience. Also when I got ready to make my first payment it was $30 more than what was on the contract. I called and inquired they told me it was for gap insurance. I thought it was included I guess not, but geesh at least let me know that's not my actual payment amount. After having the car for 3 months I took it to get the oil changed. They do have a program with pep boys that gives you free oil changes, but I took it to the dealer. The dealer told me that the car needed front breaks, tune up, coolant pump, and an oil pan. That's unacceptable that's not anything that happened in 3 months, when they sold it to me it needed those repairs. They need to inspect car more before selling them. So overall I had a ok experience not terrible but definitely not so good either. read more

The salesman was great. For some odd reason they wanted $2000 down for the vehicle that I came there for. So I left. I was sent back there by another salesman at a different dealership and said that I can get I to one of their vehicles. So I went. I needed a vehicle asap I decided to get something drivable opposed to something I wanted. I got approved. Now I put down $2000(I was wrong to even have agreed) with 2 deferred payments of 250. Now we're looking at 2500 down payment. I asked the manager "is this a company that will disable your car" manager said "no" LIES HE TOLD! My radio didn't work and I was told to take it to pep boys,they will fix it. LIES THEY TOLD Now time to make the deferred payments. The account manager quoted me a price which I thought was wrong. He later called me and told me "your payment was short $12" keep in mind I paid what he told me to pay. Time to get my tag was a hassle. Only to find out that I am leasing the car opposed to financing the car. So I had to pay extra money for the tag because of this. I explained to the company that I was out of work and was just catching up on my Bill's and I wouldn't be able to pay anything until the 25th. Now they turned my car off. Now I cant make any money. I leased a vehicle from American Car Center in Stone Mountain, on Memorial Drive on 10/25/2021 and my drive out tags expired on 12/9/2021. I went to the tag office on 12/13/2021 to get my tag for my vehicle and the tag office said that no paperwork had been filed. I immediately contacted the dealership and they said that they would file the paperwork. I never heard anything back from them regarding this. The tag office gave me an extended tag set to expire on 1/8/2022. I called the tag office on 1/4/2022 to see if I could pick up my tag and was told that still no paperwork had been filed. I went to the dealership on 1/5/2022, and was given the run around by the manager Larry, called the Corporate office, and was told that they do not have any information about this and the manager on duty at the Corporate Office (Sharon) stated there were no notes on my account. She said that she does not handle tags and titles, and would send an email. The tag office will not give me another extension. Here I sit without a tag for my vehicle and can't drive the vehicle after Saturday, 1/8/2022 because the current extended tag from the tag office will expire. read more
