From the moment he arrived, Greg was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only handled the cleaning and repairs with expertise but also took the time to thoroughly inspect my fireplaces and answer all of my questions. His clear explanations and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. We ended up having clogged spark arrestors, clogged pipes, and didn't have a waterproof seal on the chimney. The last chimney sweep that happened a couple of months ago didn't even catch this, which was crazy. Anyway I was expecting a big bill and the replacement of the stove pipe inside the chimney. Showed up on time, Turned out the flue was blocked with debris that got knocked loose in the quake. For a modest fee I now have a cleaned stovepipe and unplugged flue in about 1h. I am very happy. When I bought a new pellet stove from him he installed it and came out a couple of times when it was having problems. Neither time was he able to fix the problem in question. We waited over a week for a quote - we'd been given a verbal of about $2500. No call or mailed quote came. We called another company who came out and inspected the pipes inside and out. They were able to see that the pipes are still fine. They cleaned the catalytic converter combs and will get us a quote on those, put in an in pipe thermometer for more accurate temperatures, and explained the best operation of the stove.
