A few suggestions resulted in a minor modification which did not have an adverse impact on the bracket's efficacy at all. Brian got my plans such as they are yesterday afternoon and I received the completed work a few minutes ago. I had not realized how difficult 1/8th inch aluminum flat stock was to work with. What was required, however, was well within Brian's wheelhouse. A couple of bends along with some judicious welds and my bracket was tapped and ready.
