Not happy at all.. My House fried rice was left out but the bag was stapled up like all the food was in the bag my daughter bought the food for the family I live a ways away from Griffin Ga like 35 minutes. When my daughter got home and my food was left out she called to see if they could just credit the House fried rice back to the card the lil girl said no but you can come get it. It's right here she says. Why was in not in the stapled up bag? So she wouldn't refund the money and I cant drive up there it too far away it is a big inconvenience. Went in to order dinner at 6:35 pm and was told that they were no longer taking orders as they closed at 7pm. If you open until 7 pm you take orders until 7pm!! 1st and last time ever visiting this place. Should of know better after seeing a 2 star review. read more

This place is horrible! The girls behind the counter are incompetent, rude, unprofessional and inappropiate. While I was there ordering my food, which they charged me for 10 wings and I got only 5 wings. Also, as I was waiting for my food, the girls behind the counter were using profanity and didn't care. We ordered a 10 count boneless wing combo with teriyaki sauce. They told us the total on the order was around 10$ then they tried to scam us by taxing us 2 times on the order. The first time I ate at this place the food was delicious (2months ago). The second time I ate here the food was refried and I took the food back. I didn't request for money, but asked if I could received fresh food. The manager took my food to the back and I assumed she put it in the trash. Instead, I think this nasty cow, gave it to the cook, who cooked the same food and gave it back to me. I had placed my hands on the food and pulled meat from the chicken wings to ensure I won't get the same food. You are not going to believe me, but they gave me the same wings with four new wings because that is what I ate off the plate. I bought two dinners for $21.38. I told the customer service person, I don't want this, so may I please have my money back. The cw told me they just cooked that again and she is not going to give your money back. How about, they gave me the same containers back with grease on top of the containers. I was furious, so I walked out the door and gave the food to a man and he said you sure you want to give this to me and I said yes. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and told her what I witness and she said you want your money back and I said, you are a nasty heifer. I was so mad, I stop talking. I cannot believe they would take my food that my hands were on and fried it in the same grease they were serving food to customers. I couldn't talk last night because I was hurt someone in business is nasty as heck. I called the store this morning and asked who is the manager and she stated Liz, as I began to talk my phone dropped. I called back and they blocked my number. So please don't take food back to this business, just request for your money. NO! Do me a favor and don't eat here. Let's put them out of business. I ws excited about going to eat here after class today, so I stopped in order my favorite ,shrimp fried rice. upon paying for my food I noticed the girl that was preparing my food she looked Hispanic with glasses shehad on one glove & the other hand no glove. Felt tht was kind of weird.I should've just asked for my $back. after the food was prepared I asked for the Yum Yum Sauce the guy was like we don't have any yum yum sauce all they have is duck sauce. who the hell puts duck sauce on fried rice?
