The food was pretty good! The speed of service was amazing! The customer service was a bit abnormal! I was told I would need matching card from payment and ID when i placed the order. I was asked for neither when I went inside to pickup my order. The drive thru wasn't open! I set an order pick up online for 7:55pm. Even though I didn't get my order until 5mins after 8pm. The food was fresh and hot but I didn't receive any condiments, plastic ware, nor napkins.I did like the fact of being served bottled and canned drinks over fountain drinks! One of the best southern JJ's Fish locations I've been too. The food was fresh and cooked to order. The prices were reasonable. The lemonade were amazing and they also allow you to select different flavors to the lemonade The customer service was crisp. Everyone greeted you with a smile. The energy was very comfortable. This is a casual family and group friendly location. They differ due to the amount of seating in this location. Had a great experience at this location. We had a warm welcoming upon entering. The food was really good. Nice and hot. The lemonade with mango added was the bomb. I got the pick two which included 2 flounder filets and 3 tenders. Fries were nice and crispy. I wish I would have gotten the nice lady's name to give her a shot out. I ordered 75 chicken wings. The wings are so small I'm not even sure it's chicken, it may very well be pigeon. Also there is more hair on the wing than there is meat. Very disappointing! That was my first time ever going there and I went inside to order but this time I ordered online and had my husband to pick it up. Was that my mistake? Do pick up orders get the trash food? As I'm standing there waiting for my snapper to get ready, I'm watching the cooks cook the orders and I watch the piece of fish fall on the floor. The cook picks it up and puts it on the side, the owner tells him no put it back so he puts it back in the oil. i said I hope that isn't mine. Have eaten their food a couple times. The fish is ok. They have a "seasoning", but it makes the food taste worse. I typically tell them NOT to put it on my phone. A LOT of hot sauce gives their fish some flavor, but other than that, its ok. Please don't expect a southern fried taste. It tastes more like hospital food. Please check your food BEFORE you leave, because they will forget items that you ordered, AND paid for. I called back to explain that they had forgotten an item that I paid for. Their resolution was for me to drive BACK to the restaurant. For some reason, they couldn't credit me back over the phone. This was a big inconvenience, since the error was on THEIR part. So I finally tried JJ after many months passing by and wanting to check it out, they didn't disappoint. The wings and catfish nuggets hit the spot. It does seem a little pricey until see you the portion size. I ate lunch and then had a dinner from the same portion. They have the seasoned fries that are crisped up perfectly. The selection of desserts is tempting as well but there's nowhere to put it after eating your meal.
