Guess what, did not taste like pretzel crust either. Told me their policy is to bring it back for a refund. Why would I drive 7 miles one way again for the wrong product and teenage attitude. Time to contact the credit card company for a chargeback and maybe BBB for misrepresentation and not providing what you are advertising.
