April 10, 2020 Having the courage to put my bleak financial future under the guidance of the Freedom Debt Relief program was a turning point in my life and one of the best decisions I have made. I was losing all hope of ever getting my life back on track. My first contact with Kevin Tran, a Senior Processor at American Direct Financial, was over a year ago. He was very patient and thorough in explaining the program and helped me to understand that it was possible to recover from my debt situation. When I enrolled in the program, everything began to change for the better. I could not be more pleased with the way my account has been handled. My wife and I have been struggling with debt and things were out of control. Luis at American Direct Financial was able to find a plan that is currently on track to have us out of debt - over what seems to be a reasonable time period - very satisfied with the progress so far. The only reason for the 4 star rating and not a 5 star is that we aren't all the way "out of the woods" yet - plan to update with another review once things are final.
