This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone. We have nothing but high praise for Window World and the windows that we have in our house. Would highly recommend you to look into their services when considering replacing the windows in your house. They are top notch!!

I had down my research and had an idea of the cost and the features I wanted. When ready to proceed with the project I call for someone to come by my home and talk about it. The young man that showed up to my house was Alan White. We discussed the project, what I was expecting from it and what the could and would do for me. All questions I had were answered and facts he need to get across were made, but not as a sales pitch, as a discussion. I was very satisfied and an approximate date was set for the windows to be ready to install. Windows came in as scheduled. I received a call and an agreeable date was set for the windows to be installed. On that date the installation crew arrived and I was advised on just what they would be doing during the installation. I even advised them that I would taking some photos of the installation. They advised they did not have any problem with that. They proceeded to do their work and would answer any questions I had during the installation process. They worked hard as a team and and did not stop until the job had been completed. The biggest problem I had was, I want things done my way and I had to keep telling myself, "to let them do their job and if there is a problem I will address it when they are finished." But there was no problems. I am very satisfied with the work that Champion has done with these windows.

Had my windows put in five years ago most shotty work. I been trying to get a response back…read moreregarding to windows. Small window has a crack. I have a very large window in my den. The stuff that is sealed with is cracking. You can feel the cold air come in around the window in the den. The living room window is same way. I am not happy. I have been calling for a year now. No one answer the phone its all way leave a message as I do. But still no call back. Poor poor service, clearly The Window Source dose not stand behind the product or their work.
