They are caring, hard-working people who will find you the property you will love (or they will help you sell yours). Their prices are super fair and Tony even helped us move! I'm not kidding. I'm also not kidding when I say they even helped us paint some of the rooms. We were originally with another large, high-profile company for several months and very unhappy with their attitude and lack of service. This former realtor was often representing the sellers so could not properly work in our best interest. I know that happens in Hawaii but they definitely didn't show interest in what we wanted or needed. Thankfully, we had friends that had worked with Tony to purchase their home and they highly recommended we call him. After about five months with the former realtor we called Tony. We told him what we were looking for, the fact we wanted to stay in Manoa, and our price range and he immediately found us properties to visit that following weekend. We had long discussions with Tony about strategy and about making good offers, what the property actually should be valued at and just some good helpful conversations. Tony's vision for properties is excellent. Some of the homes in Manoa are in poor condition but Tony had plenty of ideas of how to change things to add value or advice for making an offer that would be accepted but wouldn't overburden us with debt AND repairs. In about a month we had an accepted offer on an awesome house. The moment our house went on the market and before we even knew about it, Tony was already in his car driving out to see it. He called us on the way and we met him there. This was SO different from the service we had gotten with the previous realtor. The house was perfect and here we are today forever grateful to Tony and Evelina for ALL they have done for us. They may not help you paint your walls (I feel kinda bad mentioning it because now everyone is going to want some help with that - haha) but they will give you excellent care and service whether you are buying or selling. That's the kind of people they are. We are unlikely to ever leave our home but if we do, there is no question we will call Tony and Evelina to manage our sale.

The only way to access the bathroom is by the stairs and those are a bit scary at night. The AC was off and the unit was hot. It took a while for it to cool down. There is no balcony, so the unit felt very confining. Please do a better job at the description of this unit as we felt deceived. I won't stay here again. I give this two stars just for the location. We ended up leaving mid stay on day 2 to a better place that was clean and well managed. We lost $1500 from this stay and we won't be reimbursed for any of this. This is how they hook you into the so-called contract.
