If you want to sell Disney and Pokemon cards and want families to shop at your store, maybe the employees should not be shouting obscenities with other customers 10 feet away from children. Decent store but 100% not family friendly.

That visit left a good impression, which is why I was excited to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit wasn't nearly as good. I live out of town and was genuinely looking forward to stopping by again, but the experience felt very different. The overall vibe this time felt slightly hostile and not very welcoming. I went through the value boxes again and selected some cards to purchase. At the counter, I dealt with a young lady who seemed to have an attitude. I made an offer on the cards that was actually higher than what I paid during my first visit. She immediately shut it down in a dismissive way and then countered with a price that was significantly higher than what I had paid previously. What frustrated me most was the inconsistency. It may not sound like a big deal, but when you're traveling out of town and expecting similar deals based on a prior visit, that inconsistency is pretty annoying. Feel free to check this place out, but be aware of the environment and pricing, as your experience may vary.

Harvey has launched this place to new heights and has been friendly to all involved (He is a great Dungeon Master for D&D, especially for the little ones new to the game). In terms of stock for things other than comics, they have a selection that I see as mediocre at best at times, though this is likely due to supply and demand, especially now considering everything going on.
