It's a pity that you rarely find these type of places... the type that seems as if making money is an afterthought because of the love of what they do. If you're into trains then this place is absolutely for you. They sell other types models of "traditional" models other than trains but they don't carry them in stock and require ordering.

It was still in the box with the factory seal and they wouldn't refund my money. They have a lot of cool stuff there but their customer service sucks and I won't be going back. They aren't the only hobby shop around and lost my business and I won't recommend them to anyone anymore.

We bought a Christmas gift that literally broke while we were still opening gifts. This was gifted to a gentle kid who was not using it outside of the expected use, and a piece broke off. I took it back to the store and the employee man-splained to me that even though it was broken, it still worked. He actually located the item on Amazon to show me what part was missing. I LITERALLY WATCHED IT BREAK. It was beyond insulting. I finally said that if he wasn't going to exchange or refund, Id like to leave (he kept the item this entire time and wasnt giving it back).
