    You're reading reviews in an attempt to find trustworthy businesses and avoid bad ones, yes? Well, I can save you time: Buy your next car at Century Auto. That's all. But, if you want the deets on why it's a solid, read below. I was astonished by my experience buying a car at Century Auto. It was a pleasure to work with the team there. I got a great deal on a fantastic car, *and without* the usual torture that car dealerships usually put you through (especially when you're an older woman). I've already told friends/family that this is *the* place to buy a car. I assumed the often-true stereotypes of manipulative car salesmen (especially towards older women) would be doubly true at used car dealerships so I only called Century Auto for a comp on the car I wanted. Instead, the guys at the brand dealerships gave me the typical treatment - alternately over-attentive, dismissive, prevaricating ("What can we do to get you into this car today?" as I walk out the door) while the Century Auto guys were straight-shooting professionals: they are a pleasure to work with. I will always buy from Century Auto now.

    I am very pleased to recommend Century Auto. I was looking for an affordable late model EV to replace our Prius. I searched on Carfax and I saw they had several late model, Chevy Equinoxes in the low 20k range and they look brand new! I thought it was too good to be true, we went over there and Scott, the owner, handed my family the keys so we could test drive by ourselves. Its a small thing, but that demonstration of trust really went both ways. I never felt like I was being upsold or pressured, the whole staff are genuine and were very open. I even was on the fence about trading in versus selling our used car since hybrids are still selling for above average right now. Century auto offered the top end of the fair value range we were getting from other dealers and that sealed the deal. We were able to complete the whole process from test drive, paperwork, trade in to leaving in, probably under 2 hours though I am not positive. Also, I was set on using our local credit union for the loan and they work with them and many other lenders, they matched the rate I was getting from the Credit Union earlier, so there was no reason to jump through more hoops. Century Auto makes it painless and great. We are loving this car and having our first EV. I plan on going back in the next couple years to replace our other car when it crosses 10 years to see about doing it again.

    I'm totally happy to recommend Century Auto to anyone looking for a quality used car. I've been looking for a very small, all- electric vehicle for some time. As I live away, I spoke with them on the phone first and made an appointment to come in. They gave all the time I wanted to familiarize myself with the car, answered questions and suggested a varied route for the test drive. Through out they were friendly, professional and relaxed. No high pressure sales tactics at all. The car was immaculate, it came with a rebate they handled and several months later, it continues to be economical and reliable. Exactly what I wanted, and at a great price. Thanks, guys!

    10/10 in every aspect! I found this car through a listing on CarGurus.com which redirected me to Century Auto! CarGurus let me know that Century would reach out to me asap, and they really did!! I submitted an interest for this car at around 5:55PM yesterday, and got a response back at 9:45PM the SAME night! Scott emailed me with some appointment times to come check out the car and I let them know I'd be able to come the next day! Scott replied the next morning to confirm our appointment with them and was super responsive. This place is a smaller dealership but their inventory is packed with really nice cars! Porsches to M3s to G Wagons and more! We were greeted by a nice staff member who let us know Scott was busy, but he offered us to some complimentsry drinks (water, coffee, juice etc) and also struck up some great conversation. On the to car, Scott was really easy going with the whole thing. No pressure at all, no typical salesman-sy pitches. He offered a test drive and said hey here's the car, go for it! It was a really easy decision. When it came to the financial part, Scott was really thorough with explanation, talked us through all our options/concerns, and was understanding of everything. Super honest, straight up, patient guy who tries to work to get the best deal for you especially for uncertain buyers like I am! Its a stressful time to be buying cars right now esp. in my situation since I just had to deal with a recent car accident. However, through all my stress/concern Scott made me feel comfortable throughout the entire transaction and made sure I didnt feel like I was getting played or conned in any way. When all was done, Scott walked us to the car to put on the temporary plates, and sent us off with a nice farewell! I know that I can come back and rely on Scott if I have some concerns or questions in the future but I really have none at all at this time (which is a great thing!) 10/10 recommend looking here to find great vehicles for great deals!     They have a wide variety of range of vehicles to view with great prices . Manny one of the sales reps was very helpful and informative . It was an overall smooth experience and I would definitely recommend for anyone to purchase their vehicle at this dealership.

    BUYER BEWARE, this is a very shady dealership. My wife and I took a look at an Audi Q7 on the lot which was advertised on their website as "Absolutely perfect condition inside and out!" While he was pulling the car out of the parking lot he hit a red mini cooper that was also for sale. He just said "oops" which was strange. During the test drive the oil change maintenance light came on and the car was making a strange noise when accelerating. I bought a mechanic to look at it and the car had at least 10 different fault codes. There are codes for the supercharger clutch stuck open, air shutter stuck, airbag fault, seat belt codes and at least 5 different codes concerning electrical issues. I let the sales rep "manny" know. He told me the oil change was done but the shop forgot to reset the light. He couldn't comment on the noise or all the electrical issues but said he would have audi of San Fransisco look at it. We went home and texted him for updates from the dealer. He said that there's no update yet and he'll let me know. After about a week he said the audi dealer didn't cover any of the repairs needed. I had the mechanic who did the inspection provide me with an estimate on repairs(totaled over $5k). I send it over to the sales rep and made him a fair offer for the car as is. I made my offer based on the mechanical issues and also the additional options that were advertised that are not included(rear seat entertainment, paint chipping with scratches on rear bumper, faded steering wheel, air intake filter looks like it's never been changed) The sales rep read but completely ignored my text so I called the owner Scott the next day. He told me the oil change was never done and that the car was never taken to the Audi dealer, So manny flat out lied to me. I also told him about the issues and he started making fun of my mechanic denying any issues(looks like the shop he takes his cars to cleared the codes to mask the issues. luckily for me the car was driven enough for the codes to come back) I told him I was willing to buy the car for $2k less than asking price and he said he doesn't care if the car needs 5k worth of repairs it's not gonna happen. Looks like he's waiting for an unsuspecting buyer that won't notice or find any issues. This is a very dishonest and unethical dealership and I'm going to be reporting them to the proper agencies for advertising this car(knowing there's issues) as perfect condition.

As I left here about nine years ago, a friend who just partnered in a new business bought the van from me for price that CarMax priced it. Fast forward to now, my brother's friend made an appointment to bring my brother's van. Sharing all of the pertinent information with them online, we walked in a little after their 10 am opening time on a Wednesday morning. Our greeter asked how he could help us and led us to business office counter and helped us check in for our appointment. We found seats in the waiting area and listened for our names to be called. A few minutes later, we gave them the van key, my driver's license, the pink slip, and vehicle registration. We told him where the van was parked and someone inspected the car to verify the information the friend provided. They confirmed the quoted price given to the friend and asked us to wait as they finished the paperwork. We were called to a desk where we signed documents including the pink slip turning ownership of the van to them. All told, we were in and out of there in 30 minutes as the greeter gave as his estimate. Thanks to the greeter whose name I didn't catch and the various people who helped with our transaction. Big thanks to Timothy who initiated our appointment and guided me in signing all of the paperwork. Obviously, a lot depends on the condition of your vehicle so do your homework before coming here so you know what to expect.
