We came into the Store that evening and it was busy but Ian said he would help us after he assisted the 3 customers who were ahead of us. He was thorough when he helped us and provided kind and helpful recommendations. My son got a great rental for an excellent price. Ian also helped us with 2 suits that were on sale. Great customer service. I will be coming back. I recommend this place if you need a tuxedo rental or a good prices suit - make sure to ask for Ian.

There is one main counter dedicated solely for returns; however, specific items (skincare, cosmetics) should be returned to the corresponding counter. The service isn't the greatest either, I was told to go to multiple counters back and forth to return an item, until a manager from the shoe department finally completed the return. They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. Since this location is relatively smaller (than other nearby Macy's), it is easier to navigate through the different departments.
