I immediately reached out to my friends to see who they would recommend and Tatiana came highly recommended. Upon my first meeting, she was friendly, supportive and knew exactly what to do. Luckily I lost just enough weight to slip into the dress and Tatiana worked her magic around the hem and the shoulders. She was amazing. I've gone back to her for a few bridesmaid dress fittings and she always does a wonderful job.

I told the manager that this is unacceptable I really needed this dress for another occasion. The manager was literally oh well, there is nothing I can do about it, we have looked everywhere, we even checked the security cameras. I then asked, so you think you have a thief among yourselves. She did not have one once of symphathy for me. I was not excpeting any, but she was a total straight face, we do not care attitude. This was my dress, I have one child and now the gown I wore to his wedding is gone!! I did receive $$$ for it, which I have to print out myself!! I will never go there again and certainly will not recommend to anyone.

dropped off a full size comforter with red sauce stains, which was pointed out and marked with the…read morereceiving counter employee. stopped by to pick it up after the date the receipt said would be ready and was told it wasn't ready. asked for it to be delivered, it was dropped off with an attached note that said it was defective when received. The defect was a tri-pointed large rip, like it had been caught on something, some stitching to hold down one flap, missing fill in that corner and a charge to return it to me minus the stains. Do not prepay until you inspect your property, and would think this would've been noted upon receiving for cleaning.
