I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.

After a bit someone came and asked all of us in line how they could help, we told them we had an appointment for a fitting and the employee led the entirety of the line to the rental section (even though we weren't wanting a rental; as our first time ever being here, we didn't know this is where we were going). We waited in line to be helped, somehow ending up 3rd in the rental line. After waiting for a bit the couple in front of us left (guess they got tired of waiting?), and eventually it was our turn. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful and helped answer our questions and get my fiancé fitted. Biggest problem: as were were waiting I glanced around the store and there were 5 employees standing together talking/chatting. The two employees working the rental station were working their butts off to help the 4 people in that line while the others were just chatting. It seemed they just wanted to push the work off on someone else so they could talk and/or play on their phones.
