Got turned away immediately by an older lady with locs and big glasses without fully explaining my situation. I was also told by the head manager Julie that I could not return my items, because I did not have the skews even though they were on the receipt. However, when I contacted corporate they said they could have processed my return without the tags and just with the receipt. Julie also told corporate the reason I was turned away was because my items were worn which they were visibly not. I went back to do the return after contacting corporate and was threateningly told by Julie the head manager that in the future this will "never happen again". Awful professionalism and extremely unwelcoming attitudes within the Grandview location. It should have never took that much aggression to return 2 items. Do better for our community. Please.

How hard is it to try on a pair shoes and put them back on the shelf! This is totally unfair to the staff and other customers. As with other malls in the metro, this was a mall that was wheezing and hacking it's way to the morgue but suddenly, to the credit of the developers here, it changed. A combination of a well placed Target, a plush movie theater remodel with reclining leather seats, and then the coup de gras, a Trader Joe's has made this place relevant. I will say the east side of the mall parking lot is nightmare fuel. It's too condensed and the whole lot lacks any real flow. Tread cautiously. The west side of the mall is more my jam as you can pop into Gary Gribble's Running Store, Starbucks, and a handful of other good spots with relative ease. It still has that weird, echoey mall vibe when you're in the heart of it, but it's not quite as massive as some other malls that are now memories.
