She clearly did not read the fine print or call to clarify a coupon when placing an online order for photos and insisted on the cashier honoring the discount anyway. He calmly told her the store policy and that they were unable to honor it. She then asked to see a manager and a guy came over and before the cashier could explain the situation she was already talking over him trying to manipulate the situation in her favor. The manager overrided the original price and gave her a discount and explained what she needed to do next time in order to redeem the coupon. Both workers were extremely professional and generous considering her poor attitude even after she got the discount. I cannot believe how mean spirited people get over a couple of dollars!

I was very nervous and since I had never worn a wig before, I had no idea about the process. I was promptly greeted when I entered the store and the ladies there were so friendly and understanding. They really listened to my concerns and what style I was interested in. They spent time with me in helping me pick something out. I decided on the one I wanted and they had to order the color. I paid for the wig and they said they would call when it came in. Less than a week later they called and told me it was in. The particular style I chose has bangs and Rita told me to take the wig and wear it for about a week, then come back and she would trim the bangs for me. She likes for a client to wear the wig for a wig to determine where you are going to wear the wig and therefore when the bangs are cut it won't end up being too short. She was very helpful on how to care for the wig. She really put me at ease and it was an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this store.
