It has a sorts clothing for golf and Baseball apparel . This place has department suck as kitchen wear , Kids clothing,and toys , This place has a shoe department for kids , adults alike . It has fitting rooms there to try on the stuff . Italso has a huge cosmetics separate area in khols . I hadn't been there since the pandemic . I hadn't to inform them I did online applications with them for the stock and cashier areas . I hope they give me a chance fir jobs there someday . I want a jib there without fear , Judgment ir bad politics without seeing what I can do to bring an asset for their team . I was able to find what I was looking for (somewhat) but noticed many sizes totally missing from the shelves and racks. I don't know if it was because this was near the holiday period. The experience I had can either be chalked up to a change in management, or a stellar one-off. I…read morenoticed that a lot of the previous reviews mention a lack-luster, unmotivated customer service team, but this was not the case in my visit. Almost immediately an associate met me at the door, and helped in a friendly, attentive manner. I was looking for professional attire and I appreciated their input - I really wanted to purchase the wonderful, colorful tweed outfit that was suggested, as the clerk took note of my own personal tastes - but opted for a black ensemble instead. Another associate helped with shoes and accessories. The items are pricey, but you can feel good about looking good, and the quality is there. While I visited during the later hours - perhaps closer to closing, not sure of the exact time - the store was quiet and clean; with an associate buzzing about, tending to mannequins and folding clothes. I was thoroughly pleased by my visit, the purchase, and the overall experience.

Russell greeted us as soon as we came into the store and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (a shirt for my son). I also found another great pair of shoes. I'm so glad we decided to stop by here after being disappointed from a very poor experience at Nordstroms.... On a subsequent visit, customer service was not as stellar and we were not helped while looking around (although we were at least greeted at the front). Thank goodness for those at J Crew who still know how to treat customers with some kindness!

The name of this business hasn't on the directory for Westfield Wheaton Mall.  Nevertheless,  when I visited this store back in March, I liked some of the leggings, but knew my wife would never wear them. There were other clothing too, but nothing she would have liked.  Nevertheless,  I looked around to see if there was anything else that would have be a great present. I did not find anything.  The employee in the store was pleasant enough, but not overly helpful.  She was mostly staring at me like praying mantis looks at its food. I will be sure to check out this store again and see if there are any new updates.  I hope this place stays in business, but I won't  be surprised if it doesn't.

The willingness of the owner to talk about the displays, clothes, and artistry of outfits is most unusual and endearing! She cares! What could be more important?
