The first time i met her I wanted to be in/out and didn't even wanna explore and she was helpful and made it fast, then this time i had more time and i loved that she listened to how I wanted the bra to feel/fit and she had me try on a few to see what i was working with and then said Ill be back and had 4 perfect options for me! She wasn't pushy or overbearing , she asked permission to help me adjust into my bra properly (i have a very full bust) and as some who dreads bra shopping with a large chest she made me feel seen and comfortable. And again aside from this experience i always find this store very chill and helpful when i do pop in. This is exactly the customer service I expect when shopping at luxury department stores! I have called their customer service number multiple times and filed multiple claims. However, Bloomingdale's will not issue a refund or a replacement because they say that since the package arrived, there's nothing they can do. The other thing they can't do is provide proof that all three pairs of shoes ended up being shipped. Their system is horrible because you can't actually talk to the people who review the claims. If I could give them zero stars, I would. p. s. If you want an actual person to review your claim with Bloomingdale's and not a bot, you have to call their number. If you submit it online, it will just be auto reviewed by a bot.

If something fits you and you want instant gratification of purchase, you must stay in a line where store associate chats every customer up to demonstrate family like environment while marinating you for an hour waiting. You should consider if you want to wait or better order online. If you decided to buy, then after 20-40 minutes of waiting you are pressured through attack on why you do not want to become a member. REI, I do not want to become a member of this environment exactly because you are not considered about people. Those people in the line behind me want to enjoy their Saturday and you do not care about it. This is all I need to know. Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

I really liked how their advertising pictures displayed how the Lululemon product could be worn for all shapes and sizes. I also was surprised that not all of the outfits were skin tight. Those days have passed me by. lol. : ) I was asked if I needed any help right away, so service was good. The price point is on the higher side. But, I understand that their clothing wears like iron.
