The river was relaxing, the views were gorgeous, and the whole day just felt easy and fun. A huge shoutout to Spider, our guide, who truly went above and beyond. Not only did he keep the energy high with great vibes and a friendly attitude, but he also made sure everyone was safe and accounted for throughout the float. We noticed him picking up trash along the way. So awesome to see someone taking care of the river and setting a great example. He really cared about both the people and the environment. Called the following week Wednesday (since no one called me back to say the bike was ready on Tuesday), in the morning. They said it would be ready later in the week. 2 hours later they say the bike is ready. When I picked up the bike, they said they could not fix the bike's brakes, because they don't work with DOT brake fluid; but that they had replaced the bike chain at least. Yay (sarcasm) ! So I had to pay $180, for a half-fixed bike. They should've called me to quote how much to replace the brakes or said they cannot fix the brakes before proceeding to do any "work'' on the bike. When I asked, they quoted me $220 to replace the brakes. I was planning on bringing both my wife and son's bikes to be serviced, but needless to say, they are rip-off artists and I will not be using their services ever again.
