Both have withstood the test of time and with the exception of some normal maintenance I haven't had to do anything to them. I expected the 20' gate to sag over time but it is as solid as it was the day it was built. Years after, I used him again for a whole fence along the side of my property and am equally as happy with the result. It's no wonder that he's been around for over 20 years. We hired this company to replace our front and backyard fence, and unfortunately the experience has…read morebeen extremely disappointing and stressful. Both the contractor overseeing the job and the worker were unprofessional throughout the project. The quality of workmanship is poor and not at all what we paid for. The fence has visible gaps and holes, scratches, and exposed cut lines, making it look unfinished and sloppy. More concerning, they attached our fence directly to our neighbor's house without permission, which is illegal and a violation of property and trespassing laws. This has understandably upset our neighbor and put us in a very difficult position. When we raised this issue, the company told us they would not fix it and stated that "this is how they do their work." This is not stated anywhere in our contract and is a clear breach of the agreement. There were also serious safety and cleanliness issues. The person in charge of the job arrived smelling strongly of alcohol, which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and safety. Additionally, razor blades were left in our yard, and a saw blade was left in our neighbor's yard. Our neighbor has small children, making this an extremely dangerous and unacceptable safety hazard. They also left behind scraps, vinyl pieces, and debris scattered throughout our yard. The job site was left messy and unsafe, with no regard for homeowners or neighboring families. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues, the company has refused to correct the work. We are now being forced to hire and pay another contractor to fix their mistakes. This has been a costly, frustrating, and upsetting experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere, especially if you value safety, quality workmanship, professionalism, and adherence to legal and contractual standards.
