How frustrating! Mike said he would go out and measure this job to put in handrail on an exterior staircase. I had several problems trying to find a contractor to go out to do this and in the meantime one of my tenants fell down the stairs and broke her foot. It was very important for me to get somebody out there that could get the job done and quickly. I called two different companies, this one and one other , and ironically they both showed up at the same time to measure. Mike, told me forget it, that he didn't want the job because somebody else was there and he wasn't going to wait for them to measure when he could have easily had the job if his timeframe to complete the job was quicker than the one other person that happen to show up to measure. He would have met his deadline had it not been for the non-stop rain for days but he was quick to compensate for it. He came out, arrived on time, measured, took more pictures, asked some questions, and then left. After about a week, I texted him, asking when I might get the estimate. No response.
