HORRIBLE!!! I started a refinance in December, they are all definitely green. They have very little to no training for their mortgage associates. They didn't know the fha guidelines for dti????? I had over 150 email to mortgage assistant the refi ended up falling apart due to lack of knowledge of what fannie mae would accept if you are paying on your taxes and proof of it. I was told several times we were closing and we were not. The closing department does not talk to the mortgage department. They scheduled us a closing even when the refi was at a dead end... I wanted to like American Financing, I really did. I'm a conservative guy and I heard them advertised on Glenn Back's show again and again. When my wife and I decided to start looking for a new place to live, I figured I would give them a call and see what kind of mortgage offer I could get from them. On the plus side, they were all very nice to talk to but that was where the pluses ended. I told them what we were looking for and we provided all the detailed financial information and documents they asked for. Firstly, it was a bit disappointing that it took 3 weeks for them to come up with an offer. They had the typical "It's because of Covid!" excuse that all the businesses were taking advantage of so that was expected to a degree. Still, 3 weeks seems like a lot. What was a lot worse was the insulting, low-ball offer they presented to us. I'll give some credit to the "mortgage consultant" that I worked with because he seemed to go to bat for us and try to get a better offer. Apparently he encountered a brick wall and was not able to change a thing. Their incompetency resided with the "underwriter." That individual really should seek work in another industry because he or she is unqualified to make decisions about what kind of mortgages people qualify for. Since then we now have in hand 3 offers from 3 different lenders that range from $60,000 to $76,000 higher than the offer American Finance extended. I am very disappointed in American Financing and would not recommend them to anyone. If you want a realistic, fair and sensible offer, I think your chances are much better with other lenders. read more

It's obvious that this is just "another complaint"... let me start by saying they don't care. This was made very clear to me after more than 6 months of trying to refinance my house. I have always used American finance as they were the best. Something changed and they just stopped trying. I got everything to them that they requested within the day and as approved on the beginning no problem.... after months and months they stopped responding to me so I fired them. What pisses me-off is every time I hear and see they're ads running I just want to scream.. especially having Peyton Manning be the face of a terrible company, lost all respect for him too. I began the application process to refinance on 8/22/20. After 7 MONTHS of being strung along, promptly providing document after document after document to them, inadequately communicated with, strung along some more, being deceived and lied to, I finally receive a call at 8:56 p.m. on 3/16/21 from my loan "expert" telling me that my application had been DECLINED!! Great way to end my day, since I was already in bed b/c I have to get up at 0500 for work every day. Due to lower interest rates and increasing property values, we wanted to do a re-finance. We started the process in March and as of today we are still waiting to close. Every so often we get a phone call or an email telling us that "everything is on track" and "it should be by the end of the month". Every time they have requested documents, we have gotten them to the loan processer the same day, if not the next working day so whatever the delay is, it is not on our end. Maybe it's not the *absolute* worst company but there are definitely better ones out there. My advice is to go with another company unless you have 3+ months to wait around. read more

I'm a Realtor and have had many bad experiences with this company. Most recently Pam Gifford pre-approved some buyers but failed to do the complete due diligence on some past foreclosures. She told me their file was "completely underwritten" and they were solid buyers. I've been working with these folks for over 3 months. Unfortunately (or rather fortunately) we haven't been able to find the right house yet. IF we would have gone under contract I'm 100% certain the loan would have not been approved and buyers would have been out $$$ in inspection fees ($300-$500), appraisal fees ($500-$1000) and possibly could have lost earnest money ($5-10k). Summary: Slow and intermittent communication, string you along, they do not provide updates as promised and flip flop completely on approval/rates I have not found the services of American Financing to be helpful and certainly not expeditious. My wife and I were looking to refinance at lower rates and began our search in October of 2020. Initially all seemed well and we got responses to our submissions promptly. We were sent to underwriting in November and then it was like communication ceased to exist. I prompted them for more information and they told us that something had gone wrong with our debt to income and they wanted to re-run the refinance with just me on the loan. I agreed and then never heard back further until recently when they "assigned" a new person to manage our loan. Ultimately working with American Financing has been 7 months total of absolutely no progress. I started exploring other options at the beginning of 2021 and I recommend others to look elsewhere too. The worst lender I have ever closed through! Amie Zimmerman is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. She never returned emails, never communicated and tried to cut me off on the phone when I was frustrated, She needs to find a new career and should no longer be employed in this field. They had 5 weeks to solve any arising issues and chose 2 days before and then 55 minutes before closing. Due to their incompetence I had to delay my close date which reflected bad on me to the seller. Then on closing day in the middle of signing papers they said they needed current pay stubs. So to finish the loan I had to obtain that information and drive all the way to my work and back, when they could have asked me days ago. They love to do things last minute. Mark Tousky who is a manager told me they would make things right since they dropped the ball and they completely disregarded my request, but still managed to charge me all the fees on top of fees. Worst mortgage co ever and I've dealt with many, when I first called I asked them not todo a credit pull, they said they would not, the following day I woke up to a notification that my credit score dropped 20 points. All I wanted was a lower interest rate/payment on my condo. I sat on the phone with someone for over an hour, I was telling her all I wanted was to remove my PMI on my condo & get a lower rate. She kept telling me she'd saved me a couple of thousand dollars a year. Nothing in writing, "just click here" she says. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman, fortunately I did not click. Later I received something in the mail (apparently by accident) that their plan was to combine my condo with 2cars and my student loan payments. So yeah, great idea I need 30 years to pay off my car loans... The agents may not have an incentive but they sure do sound like it to me, perhaps a "closing bonus". A friend of mine said "if they have enough money to buy spot(s) on TV they're probably not the best choice." I'm a believer, now. read more

Let me tell you a true story about American Financing and their employee Sami Kahale. Sami likes to refer his personal real estate agents into his deals, likely for an additional commission, regardless of the client's previous agreement to work with an agent/realtor and the obvious conflict of interest in doing so. American Financing's owner Damien Maldanado (coincidentally?) also owns the very same real estate agency that Sami and likely every other Am-Fi employee is paid to refer prospective clients to work with. They are essentially upselling clients into their "system" to take advantage of agents/realtors that do not mandate a signed agreement prior to the pre-approval process. These reviews over the last few months actually have me concerned. We contacted them last week and they were actually helpful and responsive. They actually got us in with a decent loan and rate... But that's where it ends, after that first conversation it goes downhill. They make it seem like you're inconveniencing them when you try to contact them for basic questions. When they do respond it's pretty simple answers. They have too many hands in one pot... My girlfriend and myself are going in to this loan together so it's a big deal that they completely ignore her and blow her off. Not tied to them yet, so I will be calling other lenders tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and shop around when using these guys as well. Don't settle for what they offer. Today she was told "they just didn't have time to help her out." Everyone gets busy and we understand that, but to ignore people is inexcusable. read more

It's hard to have anything good to say about a company that starts off by calling you with completely inaccurate information, then turns you over to someone else who then tells you the information he has from the underwriters isn't making sense so he'll have to go back to them and it could take up to 24 hours to get back to you. If I could give a 0 I would. Extremely dissatisfied. At this point with everything we have went through we got to the point of backing out, however we decided to still move forward with closing because this has been such a long drawn out process.. This company is a complete joke.. during the initial phone call with Danilo k he quoted me certain pricing for closing. Which included an appraisal fee of 450 to 500 and state that although they allot for 750 for wiggle room it would NOT be that much. All seemed good up until we got our appraisal and the appraiser totally screwed up PLUS "charged" 750 for it. We live in AZ and the typical appraisal costs 400 to 500..so I brought my concerns to Danilo K in which he went on to tell me that the although the appraisal was INACCURATE and missing an ENTIRE bedroom it's just him and I that will see the form so who cares..this made me SO uneasy as this was a "legitimate" document in my eyes. I asked for it to be fixed and they told me THAT IT CANT BE FIXED! Danilo did offer me $200 credit for how much the appraisal was compared to what he quoted plus an extra 50 for them not being able to fix it. At this point I was just about done with them..i felt like this was all a scam and that maybe even the appraiser truly didnt charge them that 750 amount.. fast forward a week to ONE day before closing I get sent my disclosures to review and WITHOUT NOTICE or ANY communication our loan amount increased by 500 and our total amount for our monthly payment went up 17, I will admit that I got confused with the paperwork..but. I also shared these concerns with Danilo and during our conversation while I was asking for clarification on why the loan amount increased and why our monthly amount increased he began RAISING HIS VOICE basically yelling at me telling me "this is simple stuff" well to me as a lady in my late 20s, have only owned ONE home and I'd refinancing for the FIRST time "this stuff" was absolutely not simple to me. As he still raised his voice I explained to him that every time I speak with him the conversations always seem to get heated to the point of me feeling uncomfortable and I do not want to move forward with closing/working with him or his company..at that time he was still yelling and told me that "he bent over backwards for me getting that 250 and he did EVERYTHING I asked for" in which I agreed, however the communication with this company is a complete utter joke. After that he asks to speak with my husband and my husband asked the same questions I did and Danilo replied with "it is simple math" several times. Then when questioning one last time Danilo Danilo that it wasnt the 500 that our loan increased in that raised the monthly payment, it was the escrow..it all made sense. Again totally our bad for reading the paperwork wrong, but this guy was ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and seriously needs to be called out for it. What we also found is that they are charging us 137 over the LEGAL LIMIT so they have credited us an additional 137 on top of the 250 because LEGALLY they are overcharging us for closing costs. i felt like him and the loan processor Candice G they would BS and say and anything to get us to sign papers..its crazy how for some reason all these fees have jumped up hundreds of dollars and when calling these people out their answer is "i dont know I've NEVER seen a fee so high, but it's from a 3rd party company so we cant change it"..I shouldve probably just went with another company but because we were so far into it, we decided to cut our losses and just do it. But overall just extremely sketchy and major communication issues and lack of promise and will charge the crap out of you for everything. i would never ever do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone. read more

I just finished a refinance with American Finance. It started out great. Erik was our Mortgage broker and initially, he was good, explained the process, answered questions etc. However, after that it went downhill. The timeline that was promised was not met. We started this in March 19th and just closed yesterday, much longer than what was promised. Even worse, we were unable to get hold of Erik by phone or emails. I would leave messages that were not returned. He pretty much just blew us off. His assistant was easier to reach but they did not communicate to each other. Yesterday we closed and I had an urgent question but Erik did not respond. I was able to get hold of another broker, James who was very helpful. To end on a positive note, the Notary, George who came to do the closing was prompt and professional. read more

I do not recommend thus mortgage company. Quick to get u going in the process and then very little follow up. I've spent way too much brain damage getting this loan put together with them and today they said all loans are on hold. Rare to ever pick up the phone and have loan officer actually answer. I think twice in 6 weeks. If they would have closed when they assured me they would , I would not be in this holding situation . Horrible customer service. I believe they have way more loans to process than they can adequately handle properly . Next time I will go with someone who can devote some time to ensure all things are moving forward properly. This will be the third time I've used american financing. The first two times went off without any major issue. This last time though took 3 times longer than any of the others. Mostly due to the loan processor not doing anything. The processor had little to no communication and in the end, after more than two months, my wife lost her job due to coronavirus, and the loan got put on hold because the loan processor would not do her part of the job. It took multiple emails to her boss to even get her to respond. She was the most useless processor I have ever dealt with or heard about in the industry. I am severely disappointed in American financing for allowing this to happen. The processors name is Blake Weston and I feel like she should no longer be employed by your company. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FINANCE COMPANY FOR VA REFINANCING! The lack of progress on my VA Refinancing has become laughable, absolutely ridiculous. I chose American Financing because they are a local company and seemed to be a friendly, customer oriented business. I must admit that I fell for the the high profile personalities endorsing this company. I have now concluded that I have misplaced my trust in a bunch of amateurs. If this is the way you treat military veterans and local customers, I'd hate to see how you treat national customers. It has now been 116 days since application. On September 1st I was told to expect to close in about 60 days. At the end of October I was advised that we should be able to close by November 14. And after November 14 came and went, I was led to believe closing would be completed by Thanksgiving (which was pretty late this year). They have obviously learned one lesson, because no one has dared to mention a possible closing date since then. Instead, I've received several calls stating that "we're doing final compliance reviews." This is a VA mortgage refinance. I have an outstanding payment history, an excellent credit rating and a property appraisal more that $100,000 higher than the requested loan amount. If there are any problems or deficiencies on my end, I have not been made aware of them. In normal times this refi should have closed in 30 days. We are now well past three times that length of time. In fact, we will soon pass the point in time where it has taken longer to refinance my mortgage than it took to build the house in the first place. read more

TERRIBLE NO GLENN BECK Treatment here (Please Read)..So disappointed! I have Financed 4 homes in the last 7 years. By far American Financing was the worst (no comparison). The procedures and steps in getting approval are antiquated at best. Do yourself a favor and look at multiple options. (You owe it to yourself) With a home under contact, Credit score over 800, 20%+ down it took several days for a preapproval letter. Delays in getting a specific letter for our 2nd offer. Once the offer was accepted it took several days to get estimated closing costs and payment information. Because of the delays, poor service and internal communication along with our loss of confidence and at this point, to do my "due diligence" I asked another local mortgage company that my Tenured Real Estate Agent suggested to give me a quotation. They completed the work in minutes, not days and quoted me closing costs at the same interest rates and terms almost 1/3 less expensive saving me out of pocket $4,640.. BTW I sent American a copy of the new quotation, because they said they would be competitive.. We'll see where that goes. ********************* UPDATE They could not match the difference in costs or service. At the same time were adept (in a smerky manner) at making me think they were lower and I was an idiot. BOTTOM LINE, THEY WERE NOT CHEAPER or BETTER IN ANY WAY. I then fired AF. After being fired, the phone calls started. Hounding us after I fired them with call after call for several days. Then without my permission after being fired, they sent our loan to their processing Department like nothing happened. Lastly, for some crazy reason I had my credit pulled 3 times with them on the same day. Please, DO your do diligence with a local recommended Finance company. I hope my experience was an anomaly. However, based on the entire experience I highly doubt it... ********^^^*^*^^*^^^^^^^^* Update 2: I ended up going with Bell Bank The process was seamless and easy. Before making a huge mistake by contacting this place, review the red flags carefully: other Yelp reviews, Better Business Bureau complaints,and the ridiculous "too good to be true" reviews, with absolutely NO adverse comments, on their own site. Their radio advertisements broadcast "Salary Based Staff", as though that is a benefit to the customer. Anyone can visit their website and review their job postings. The only requirement listed to become a member of their "salary based staff" is a high school diploma. $15 an hour is starting salary for fast food. Your inner voice telling you to be skeptical of radio advertising with John Elway is right on. Of course the employees are "salary based". A commission-based agent expects and earns a heck of a lot more money than $30K a year. A seasoned mortgage professional wants to get loans approved quickly and move on to the next. The principals of American Financing arent spending revenue on employees with anything more than a pulse. That spells big trouble for you. Instead, American Financing is filled with incompetent employees who don't know what they are doing. There is a horrible lack of communication; you will have to make call after call to find out the status of your loan, at which time you are passed from employee to employee who have no knowledge of your file. There is no follow through at any point. It is obvious that management in any role less than President has no authority to make any sort of business decisions. When you are promised something, consider it empty lip service. In the final analysis, promises are not kept, expectations are not met, and you have colossally wasted your time with this dog and pony show. Bottom line - don't waste your time or risk your credit score with this disaster. A "1" star is too high to rate this company; unfortunately, there was nothing in the negative infinity available. Not at all pleased with your "Dedication to customer service" We began an application with your company over a month ago. After you had the information that you needed our agent Brian Barker and his assistant Jordan Wilkes completely stopped communicating with us. Over the last three weeks I have called, left voicemail, and emailed more times than I can remember. I got zero responses from either of them. Finally a week ago I decided to call the main office number. I was put on hold for several minutes, and then eventually passed off to another rep, that did not seem to understand what I was calling for, and could not answer any of my questions. He told me that "Brian would follow up with me soon" that was over a week ago, and I emailed him today and got an auto responder email saying he would be out of the office for the next week. I understand and fully support people needing to go on vacation, but I think for a company that prides itself on customer service at least a courtesy phone call or email could have been made. Finally sent just to find out they don't lend to Travel Nurses because they are considered "Temp Workers" Never mind a 12 year steady income history an 822 Credit rating and a 6 Figure income you need a "Permanent" job I told them what I did for a living from the get go and they decided to take weeks of my time and waste it. American Financing is using deceptive advertising, and its agents are verbally stating they offer financing options that are not available. They also took information for an application before my approval and ran credit. I'm a high-tier credit. My issue is using false advertising and verbally telling clients that they offer a program that isn't available only to obtain personal information that I suspect they then sold. We began to receive text and phone calls from several lenders within 24 hours of this experience with American Financing. I have an unauthorized credit inquiry as well. read more

I called them because of the advertisement on the radio. Pam Gifford did my approval process and my purchase. He mother died and the rest of the staff helped me close when Pam needed time to mourn. She was great and I was sad for her. I refinanced my house with Shay Wright. Every time I get something in the mail or emailed to me about making my loan better I refer to Shay. This was the second time I've used them. The first time was great this time not so much. They kept changing their stories every time I spoke to them. They said they would pay off some of my bills we ended up getting the checks FedEx to us so now I have to pay to FedEx them overnight to the other people we started financing our refinancing in January we did not close until April. Communicating with our loan officer was impossible he would not return my emails or phone calls his assistant would contact us periodically with outdated information and when asked questions wasn't able to help because she wasn't licensed. I will not use them again I will not recommend them to anyone. read more

This business is too big and I would recommend using a smaller mortgage lender if you want to have regular communication which is so important during the process of buying a home. Approaching month 4 on a refinance, my documents went to underwriting and that seems to be a big black hole. My "representatives" neither return phone calls or return emails at this point for some reason. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience demands comment. Six weeks ago, we contacted several lenders to get refinance offers. We received four of them with identical interest rate quotes. Three of the four had closing costs and monthly payments that were very close to each other as well. However, we wanted to support the local lender, even though their closing costs were not the lowest, so we went with American Financing. Both my wife's and my credit scores are over 800. My income is more than adequate to cover the loan. Loan to value for the home would be about 65%. When American Financing requested documents, we always provided them within 24 hours of the request. In short, everything appeared to be going well - until a week ago. A loan processor contacted me two weeks ago and let me know we would be closing on the loan this week. Late last week, I got a call from a loan consultant, letting me know that, since we applied for the loan and they supplied the loan estimate and closing cost worksheet, interest rates had risen, and they could no longer offer us the loan at the rate they quoted us. They wanted to charge me 3/8 of a point higher than what they had quoted. When speaking with most of the lenders the very first time, they specifically asked us if we wanted to lock our rate at what they were quoting us. We always said yes. This has been standard procedure for all of the six mortgages I've had in my life over the last 30+ years, and the rates were always locked, regardless of what happened to market interest rates. I'm now being told by American Financing that, because of COVID, they stopped locking rates until the loan was approved by underwriting. It was no secret that rates were increasing when we applied for the loan. That's the whole point in locking the rate. But instead of honoring the rate that they quoted us - the quote that convinced us to go with American Financing - they've now decided that their bottom line is more important. Sure, rates went up during the five weeks it took them to approve the loan. But that delay had NOTHING to do with us; as I said, we always provided what they requested within 24 hours. Here's the bottom line: American Financing saw that rates were rising, and they didn't want to get stuck with a loan at a lower rate. So they took their time through the underwriting process until the rates were closer to what they wanted to charge. Then they ignored the rate they quoted us so that they could make more money, regardless of the effect it had on me, the borrower. So while I'm waiting more time than other lenders had promised (some as little as 2-4 weeks) - again, thinking, "It's okay; I'm supporting local business" - American Financing is taking their time so they can raise my rate and not honor the document on which I made my decision. So it looks like we'll have to start all over again, and we likely won't get the same rate we would have if we had gone with another lender to start with. So my purpose in writing this review is to warn potential borrowers. If you go with American Financing, and if the rates rise while you're waiting for them to close your loan, YOU WILL pay a higher interest rate than what they initially quoted you. So DO NOT believe the rate they quote you; it WILL NOT be honored by them. They are not concerned with what's good for you, only what's good for them. It doesn't matter how qualified you are as a borrower or how quickly you provide them with documents. All that matters is what will make them more money in the long run. They'll be more than happy to quote you a low rate to get your business. But then they will change it to suit their bottom line. It's a classic case of bait and switch. My advice: choose another lender - one that will: 1) lock in your interest rate and then honor it at closing; 2) value you as a customer; 3) not string you along for a month and a half and then surprise you with a change in the terms. In short, someone OTHER than American Financing. read more

I am giving 1 star only because our agent there was good about returning calls, explaining things to us and we didn't have to leave the house to close the refi. We had a mortgage with USBank and wanted to refinance. We started the process with them. We've never had a late payment in the years we've been with them, we have 75% equity and 800+ credit scores. They dragged it out so long that we decided to look elsewhere at the same time. We started the process with AF. They said they could beat USBank's 2.5% rate, and do 2.375%, with a quick closing. When USB called and asked for docs we'd already submitted twice, I'd had it with their stalling. I told the agent we've had it and would be going with AF. Then she said we can close Monday! But we were locked in with AF by then and had 2.375%, so we told her no. Not long after that, AF called to tell us they couldn't do the loan at 2.375%, but they could at 2.625%. I was livid, told them I'd just called USBank and they could close on Monday. So I told him no, that I no longer trusted them. So we closed 2 months later than we would have with USBank. No explanation as to why, when we were "locked in". I had the paperwork proving everything, but no lawyer wanted to take such a small case. I called American Finance to do a refinance on my current loan. Everything is great until they flat out lie to you. I am not an expert so I trusted them. I was promised by James Van Dellen MORTGAGE CONSULTANT | NMLS 2008896 in writing that I would skip two payments after refinancing. They didn't mention that if THEY process the paperwork after the 15th of the month that it would only be one month skipped payment. I sent all the paperwork as asked and was positive I would skip two payments This is the exact email: They'll fund the payoff to your current lenders accounts (CHFA) one business day after closing - and should be zeroed out. Keep an eye out for the escrow refund check in the mail about 10-15 after. Those envelopes are not always labeled from the bank, but will be the amount of your current escrow held. You'll skip October and November payment - new loan will start in December. If you did make October payment will be refunded with the escrow.. Thank you, James Besides this email I was also contacted on "a RECORDED LINE" where this was specified that I would skip OCT and Nov Payments. Since I had made my october payment I was expecting it to be refunded in escrow AS PER THEIR OWN WORDS!!!! After calling previous lender I was informed that I would not get that money back because American finance had filed after the 15th. When I called to complain everything seemed cordial, they said you are right, we did say that let us try to make this right. After calling back a few days later they said it was passed on to management to see if the "could take a loss since they had said that to me". I was told I would be contacted in a few days. 10 days later I called them back and told that there was no malice and there is nothing they can do to get me my money. They were not even going to have the common courtesy of following up as promised if I had not called back. These people directly lied went back on their word and then would not even follow up If i had not reached out AGAIN. I feel completely swindled by these people. I Trusted them because I had my original loan through them guess that was my mistake. I would not recommend them to anybody, nothing they say can be believed even though it's said on "a recorded line". Total BS and not even the decency to give a client a call back Shameful read more

I can't believe how quickly the whole process went. I was nervous using American financing with all of the one star reviews. My experience wasn't anywhere close to that. After a month of jumping through their hoops and providing documentation, we were told 2 days before closing that they do not offer the product that we were being financed for. You would think that the "mortgage professionals" would know their job well enough to know what products they offer. It has created a messy situation with my homeowners' policy as AF had already put themselves on as lien holders! Do not recommend!! read more

Initially our agent was very helpful but as soon as the process started he frankly disappeared. At times we felt he could not keep up as we were sending the documents required to him. Every email I sent over took forever for a response and next thing we know we had a closing manager tell us they were ready to close on our house. We let that manager know that our Agent still had not communicated with us and we did not exactly know what numbers were. She was pretty shocked and had him call us immediately. When he answered he rushed us through the closing cost ect.. I let him know that we still wanted a follow up call after. We never received it. In fact, as soon as the deal ended American Financing was nowhere to be found. Almost like they got what they wanted and could care less about our questions. DO NOT use this company To date I have reached out to multiple people online for support and no one has called. HORRIBLE communication and they definitely do not make you feel comfortable through out the process. read more

We desperately needed to refinance our house with cash out but the first thing they told us was that we needed to fix our leaking roof if we had any leaks and I thought good grief what's the use of refinancing for Home Improvement if you can't get that done with the refinance and cash out just absolutely ridiculous. If you need any repairs done in your house definitely don't try to refinance with this company not even for Home Improvements. read more

We began this journey a year ago, but we weren't happy with the original guy handling the process, and let the coals go cold for awhile. When we decided to revisit the situation in August, we were directed to Trent. Home buying is a headache, it's not easy.. no matter who you're working with. It's constant requests for documents, while they shift through your life with a fine tooth comb. That being said; Trent led our team flawlessly. Answered all my crazy questions, kept the storm calm, and was very reassuring throughout the process.
