American Fire Glass does not sell direct. I went through one of their online dealers, BlazingGlass.com, and was able to pick my order up directly from American Fire Glass in Lake Elsinore. This worked great for me since it is close to my house. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. They let me know exactly how much Fire Glass I needed for my fire pit. I bought two stainless fire pit inserts for my backyard. Within 30 days of installing they started to RUST. I asked about the company warranty policy and they said it was "limited" and did not cover rust on a brand new stainless steel unit. Not good. read more

called the company gave them the dimensions of my pit told them I was looking for some round glass to keep the wind out . They said no problem and sold me what they said would work. It arrived I put it together to find that the glass has gaps all the way around. Figured I'd give it a shot put it around my pit and....IT WAS TOO SMALL. Here is where I got very angry called them to return and was informed I HAD TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK TO THEM AS WELL PAY A RESTOCKING FEE. So basically I lost money on this whole deal since they DO NOT provide a return label and they also made some money and will re-sell the box I returned. Do not use this business! The items I purchased were poor quality, customer service was terrible. Agent who placed the order did not advise that they pick and choose what items are or are not returnable if not suitable. You can't return without a return number from them so they have it all worked out - customer losses out! Don't use this company! read more

We purchased lite fire balls from this company and the product was absolutely horrible. They charred within 10 minutes of being in the fire pit. Upon trying to exchange them we got no where with the company and they refused to offer another solution. Recommend purchasing elsewhere at all costs. read more
