To be honest, initially we had some questions because it seemed like all their reviews were for remodels of existing kitchens and bathrooms and not for new construction. They made an incredible number of mistakes on what should have been a relatively straight forward (but pricey) kitchen remodel, and some bedroom built-in cabinets. To make things worse, they reacted very unprofessionally on a number of occasions when their shoddy mistakes were challenged. Not only were these reactions to me, but to my wife, and to the general contractor (who now swears to not work with Ron again as it came to reflect poorly on him too). It would be too tiring to break the whole process down and list all of the mistakes. But, as another reviewer here mentioned, Ron became "too busy" to correct their last set of mistakes so we decided to move on. And guess what? The next guy got it spot on, first time, with a smile on his face. It's called professionalism.

After obtaining additional estimates from other contractors, we were advised that several of the smaller handyman-type items included in the proposal appeared to be significantly overpriced. As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. We value transparency, clear communication, and flexibility when making significant home improvement decisions, and our experience did not reflect those expectations.

I hesitate on this review because I'm giving install 1-DAY....I was amazed and ready to assess their job as 5-stars. However, after looking at all the surfaces one section in the kitchen . This made some of the surfaces smoother. He said he'd be back with some polish later. Well, he never came back---crappy follow-up.. The scratches are still there. We spent over 5k on the job and now my wife is totally upset and is trying to get a response and a solution. So far nothing......... I will post an update if this is resolved... We were sent an unlicensed worker who was a nice guy, but messed up our electrical. It was not all up to code and was a fire hazard. We also didn't hear from the owner for a week after the job started 3 days late. He came back into the picture when the job was a few days from being finished to ask for more money. He also tried to charge us for more than we were initially quoted saying he spent a lot of money on materials. He never came to the job site once it started, and we were buying materials for the worker who was here. Long story short, a job they said would be 3 days is going on 2 weeks and incomplete. The worker he sent would show up sometimes at 5pm to start work. Everyday we were told the job would be finished in 1-2 days. Now we have to spend more money on someone to fix the mess they left. We're moved into our new home with no kitchen and electrical wires hanging everywhere. We fired them because it was ridiculous. Definitely a scam.

The only response we received was a text message stating that if we wanted the problems fixed, they would need to send someone else--and that it would cost us extra. This is completely unacceptable.
