I did my kitchen remodel last year and Arturo and his team did a wonderful job. I highly reccomend this company and I will definitely be calling them for my future projects

My wife and I bought our new home here in Temecula July 2018. The reason why it took me so long to write this review is we finally finished our last project with Mr. Arturo. Our first project was our kitchen counter tops, then he installed our new stove and over head vent. Second project was our master bath and kids bathroom, full on demo and remodeled to look like a million dollars! The only negative about our bathroom is it ruined going to nice hotels like the Bellagio for my wife and I. Our master bathroom is that much nicer than the Bellagio! Next project crown molding through the entire house and recessed lighting. Last project he just completed was cement work for our backyard and around the side of the house. Yes we done a lot of work so far and I'm sure my wife is not 100 percent done. Any and all future work on our house will be done by Arturo. We call our house "the house Arturo built!"

I hesitate on this review because I'm giving only 2-stars. This company actually completed the job in 1-day. That's removing all the tile in 2-baths and kitchen AND completing the install 1-DAY....I was amazed and ready to assess their job as 5-stars. However, after looking at all the surfaces one section in the kitchen looks scratched. My wife called and spoke with Yadira (my apologies if I have your name wrong) and in a few days the DID come out to see what was wrong. The guy who came out thought the surfaces had glue on them and proceeded to scrape the surfaces with a razor blade and acetone. This made some of the surfaces smoother. He said he'd be back with some polish later. Well, he never came back---crappy follow-up.. The scratches are still there. We spent over 5k on the job and now my wife is totally upset and is trying to get a response and a solution. So far nothing......... I will post an update if this is resolved... Arturo we need you to take care of this, please. Okay, wife spoke with Yadira who we both thought was very sweet and she DID arrange for one of the original installers to come out and explain to my wife that granite has fissures, which I already tried to explain to her. Well he convinced her that it may look a bit duller than the parts that are quartz and our lighting on that surface was very bright making the surface look more porous. So, now I have changed my review to reflect what I saw as a great job to begin with. Thanks Yadira.....I heartily recommend 3-day Kitchen & bath....

We interviewed about a dozen contractors, and New Empire was head and shoulders beyond anyone else we contacted. Ed and his assistant, Frankie, were at our house every single day, and often twice a day. They cheerfully answered all our questions and got back to us right away with whatever we needed. All the subs who came out were equally professional and easy to work with. There was always work going on to complete the project in a timely fashion. To be honest, initially we had some questions because it seemed like all their reviews were for remodels of existing kitchens and bathrooms and not for new construction. However, after our project it's clear they are equally skilled in all types of construction. We would 100% recommend Ed and his team for any of your projects.

From the first meeting with Ben I felt confident that we made the right choice going with this company. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! From start to finish communication was 10/10! Response time with text/calls was minutes! The craftsmanship is 10/10! All the workers were punctual, polite, and professional. (Jose, Connor, and Michael's! .. thank you guys!) Ben made the whole process flow smoothly. We chose to do real stone and Ben called over to Arizona Tile and they had the stone slabs (6 total!) pulled out and waiting for us to view. I made several changes to the design [like changing drawers to cabinets, adding more pull outs...] and they accommodated all my requests without any hesitation. They even coordinated with Pacific Sales with our appliances and made that process stress-free for me. Our custom island is like a beautiful piece of furniture! Our custom vent hood looks exactly like the inspiration pic I provided them with. All the materials are top of the line and our kitchen now looks like a timeless masterpiece! I don't think these pictures do it justice but I'll post a few.

I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.
