Okay where to begin?! This was an AWESOME experience and easy to understand class due to the instructor (Adriana Casanova) that taught our Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course. She's charismatic, down to earth and made everyone learning in the room feel comfortable when performing CPR on the dummies. Adriana has a way with people that makes others feel more confident as a person and confident in performing the course material first hand. I definitely felt inspired and hope that (when I sign up for BLS) she'll be the one teaching it! I spent my labor day at the Amerian First Responder office to get recertified for the Adult/Infant CPR/AED. The classroom was small and intimate with limited space which actually allowed for more attention from the instructor. After taking the online portion, we were trained and tested on the skills portion of CPR and AED usage. If you want to sign up, go to the Red Cross website where they have tons of offering. I highly recommend it as the class was not intimidating at all and the instructor was quite engaging and humorous at times. read more

Ms. Casanova was our trainer, for the in-person part of my blended training. Very high-energy, very effective and efficient training style. Passionate about rescue procedures. Obviously an experienced professional rescuer. This is the trainer that you want if you or your team take either the Red Cross or the American Heart Association CPR/1st aid class. Taken both CPR/AED & Basic First Aid Course with the excellent instructors : Dr. Alejandro Platon and the Giovanni. In the class, we did CPR/AED step by step for both adults, and infants. We learn what to do when people are choking and how to use the AED machine properly. Dr. Platon is an excellent instructor that went step by step that explains everything a person who is new needs to know. He even gives the reason behind each steps as needed. Clearly, Dr. Platon knows his material well and has taught this course for years! He is also a humble man that admits when he doesn't know anything but will research it to learn more. Truly, an excellent person. Lastly, Dr. Platon shares many stories he has over the year using the material he taught. Giovanni is also an excellent instructor that has years of experience in the military saving people. Now, retired, he teaches the course in a way that makes it understandable for people. He often shares stories about his time working as first responder saving people. Highly recommend. read more

The worst experience ever with My BLS course . The day I had the class they cancelled my class . They did not let me get into the first scheduled class,because of 20 min late which I stuck between elevators and 3rd and 5 th floor as there was no sign in the building. They have not refunded my money yet . Never recommend this company If you are a healthcare worker or else. They do not have responsibility and proper customer service. Don't waste your time and money .Please, consider! read more
