A couple of coworkers and I needed cpr and first aid done for work. We couldn't be more happy with the results of this business. Jennifer our instructor was great!!! She was very informative, great instruction, and knowledgeable. She had great stories that related to the topic to help you get a sense of first aid or cpr situations where you can excel. It was four of us. She came to us for a private session. Prices are great. She was very punctual and very nice! Jennifer was all around great!!! She worked with my schedule to set up a time and gave me all information I needed. She informed me they provided at-home instruction with one of their qualified trainers and it would take about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this since I was expecting to take 4-6 hours out of a Saturday to sit in a classroom with a group of people and watch some boring video. So not the case with Safety & Life Support CPR Training! Zach, the instructor, arrived at my place on time and was very approachable and easy to talk to. During the instruction, Zach was very thorough and always checked in to see if I had any questions or if anything he covered was unclear. The one-on-one training in my own house was not only more comfortable and convenient for me, but it made it easier to hone in and get undivided attention on a subject matter that's so crucial for the safety and welfare of those in need during an emergency. I highly recommend them and I'll be seeing them in the future for re-recertification =)

I learned a lot of other "common sense" stuff that I didn't think I would get out of CPR training. Chris uses his own life stories and also real life examples to supplement his lecture. He's also very funny. I would recommend it if you need to get CPR training. You can complete the certification for all ages in a bit under 3 hours (other places could be 6-8 hours). Parking behind the building. Also should be plenty of street parking.

I completed the hybrid ACLS renewal course and the process was unexpectedly super easy! After…read moresigning up for the online course, I obtained the link for access to the online module. You can take the module at your own pace (it is not timed)-- at your leisure over a couple of days or as speedy as you want! A lot of reading is involved and there several intermittent quizzes. Based on your quiz performance, the module will speed up or slow down. Once you complete the module, you're eligible to complete the in-person portion. You will be sent instructions for access to the testing office as well as parking instructions (there is access to a paid parking lot). When you enter the office, you'll enter the sim room to your left. There are instructions for engaging with the sim/ dummy set-up. Quick and easy! I'd definitely renew here again!
