Very Disappointed! Our new construction garage doors were installed on 8/8/25. They arrived and were installed but EVERY panel was damaged. They supposedly ordered replacements, and it has been over 6 weeks and nothing! We have showings on the new home and are getting feedback that someone has damaged the garage doors. Hoping to hear back from them, as I have emailed multiple times following up and reminding them. We used to be super happy withthis company but something has changed! The technician Barron was very professional and polite he was on time and educated me as how to do preventative maintenance. Said they would come out between a certain time. Never showed up. Being late in the day their office was closed. The same day I called another company. They came out the next day and repaired my garage door. Still haven't heard from this place here. Don't waste your time with a company that has customer service like this. read more

we built a new home and our builder contracted American Garage Doors, to install our new garage door. we've been living in the home for about a month and the garage doors are running very loud and rough. After checking the door myself, it turns out that they were not greased at all. Also, there are gaps in the trim all around the door and you can see the daylight clearly coming into the garage. we contacted our builder, who made several calls to the company that have gone unanswered. I've also called several times trying to get some help and my calls have all gone unanswered. I guess it's time to call an attorney. What a shame! read more
