We were not told the 2nd floor is NOT climate controlled. Supposedly, the 1st and 3rd floors are. How is that possible? What is the logic? On a hot day outside, the temperature inside is as hot, if not hotter. Also, it's a pain to have to get out of my car, go inside the garage to open the door. read more

False advertising on pricing. Representatives are rude. When questioned about why an additional charge advised you can go elsewhere. I still went with them to get a call saying they were now terminating my lease because I questioned them. read more

The prices at this location are not as good as others in the area . They raise the rates every 6 months and don't do anything to help the customers stay in their price range. The facility is nice and new looking but don't let this fool you. read more

This U-STOR-IT facility is so clean and bright!! All the units are very easy to get to and the girls that work there are always ready to help you with anything you might need. Its very lit up and I feel very safe if I need to go there at night. The manager Sue is THE BEST!! She is very friendly and really cares about tbe people that rent there... I have been renting a unit there for 8 months. I have paid my rent on time for all 8 months . Today, at 10:02 am being the 1st, I received a text message reminding me today the rent is due. An appreciated reminder. But then at 10:29 a. m. I received a voice mail asking when I was going to pay my DELIQUENT rent. Figuring there must be a mistake I called and spoke with Sue. She was rude, and argumentative. She said well, your rents due today so this is what we say. When I tried to tell her its not deliquent because its due today she kept arguing with me. She said she is trained to say this because it says this in the computer. Facility nice, staff not so much.....rough around the edges and just plain nasty. read more

Ive been a customer for over a couple years and always enjoyed the ease of use and the staff. I had an issue with a misplaced key and came into take care of it...WOW, the service and pleasant attitude that I got from Simon was AMAZING!!! Such a positive attitude and a joy to have helping me. I was with public storage for many years and finally got fed up with the constant rent increases amoungst other issues I had with them. It was always so dark and tons of spiders and other little bugs and cobwebs and even though it was climate controlled it was very poorly controlled. The second I walked into U-Stor-It I was surprised. It was a whole different world there. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. I didnt see a single spider, bug, cob web or anything. The facility is very big and well maintained. I could not believe that I had not looked sooner. The price was much better than what I had previously been paying with public storage and the quality is exceptionally higher. I dont know what else I can say but this place is one you should not pass up if you are looking for a place to store your stuff. They even have a garage you pull your car into to load/unload so that way you are out of the elements! Its great and I could kick myself for not checking them out sooner. read more

To the previous reviewer....don't kid yourself....they keep raising their rates also. They get you in with a lower rate but once your'e in they keep raising their rates just like the rest. read more
