Luckily I found their cancelled check from 2010 so I could call them for the AC problem. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and listens intently. She even looked me up in their system from 2010. I was still in there. Anyway she promised she would have a tech out to my house the next day. He was at my house by noon and called ahead to let me know he was en-route. That in itself is amazing. Don arrived and I described the problem. He knew what was wrong immediately. He checked for the problem and showed me. Corrected the problem in less than thirty minutes. I now have a nice cool house again. Many thanks to B & M. You have a great company, and you have my business in the future. Their prices both times were more than fair. That's the reason I wanted to use them again because they were fair the first time. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.When your heater or AC isn't working things can be miserable, or usually the wait time for a service call is forever. I'm glad to see there is a vehicle available to let others know what a good company these people are. These days there are a lot of businesses out there that just don't care. B & M is top quality for response and repair and price. Can't say enough good things about them. Remember they need to make a living just like you do, so don't expect free service.
