I generally hung up after being on hold for 15-20 minutes. If I did get through, I had to leave a message. The respiratory therapist, who works off-site, did not return my first four calls. When I finally spoke to her she acted like she was doing me a huge favor by sending me a new power cord. It did not solve the issue. I was told I could drive the machine an hour and a half to their location but they would not fix it. My last resort was to have my Insurance company call them. That was how I learned I could send it to a 3rd Party Repair Company. Apria will provide me with a loaner CPAP for 30 days. This process took months. Additional Info I spoke with Ethan at Apria about the loaner. He was polite and willing to help me. I'm sorry he has to work with other people who are inconvenienced by providing quality customer service. I would give Ethan 5 Stars. I miss Keene Medical in Lebanon. They were the best.

Chris, who handles equipment, is equally adept with his friendly demeanor and knowledge of the equipment they sell and support. I've had some difficulties getting a properly fitted and comfortable mask (an epic fail with Adapt, which is the foremost reason I left them, along with a lack of local support). I'll meet with Kelly tomorrow to get this right, and I know they'll solve my issue. I highly recommend this company to all CPAP users and those seeking diabetic monitoring equipment and support. I am thrilled I made the change. UPDATE: I just returned from my first meeting with Kelly, their respiratory therapist. She did not disappoint. Like Sara and Chris, she has great interpersonal skills and knowledge and is highly competent. She solved all my problems in one sitting and got me squared away in less than 30 minutes. Again, I highly recommend this company for all of your CPAP and diabetic monitoring needs. You will not be disappointed. One thing is for sure. Your company is known by the people you employ and that represent you in their daily interactions with the customers and the public. Her first at this office was her four year old well child exam and we were a little nervous knowing she'd need to receive vaccines at this visit and didn't want her first experience here to be a bad/painful one. However, we had nothing to worry about because Suzanne is literally the greatest nurse to exist. While our daughter's entire exam went well Suzanne truly won the award. I believe her ability to administer injections is unmatched. Her and the other nurse (phlebotomist, I think) working with her were so quick and did such a good job being distracting that our daughter didn't even have time to register that there was any pain at all. I never thought I'd see the day that we'd go to an appointment requiring shots and not leave the office in tears but trust me when I say it is possible! Everyone we encountered in the appointment was friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend this office. Thank you, Suzanne, for being so incredible!

Tracy at the operators' desk wouldn't make me an appt and had that worst bedside manner. She wouldn't even let me talk to my former doctor's office! I asked to speak with her collègue instead as I found her extremely unprofessional. So unprofessional in fact-- she hung up on me! Rude! This hospital panders for handouts and donations from the community. We have donated to the Hospital Fair Day most years - I've been a patient for 38 years but suddenly I'm not a patient anymore-- guess I won't be donating anymore either ‍

They shut us out because my father had too many daughters. I do have to give a special shoutout to Shyla who advocated for him and was so amazingly kind. The doctors were incongruent week after week. His pain was dismissed. He lost almost 20 pounds in the first week and recorded as lost at the previous hospital, which was completely untrue. By the time he left he was not eating. They blamed everything on the patient and did little investigating. The nurse Christine should retire or find a new profession. While most of the staff was dismissive, she was downright mean. I found him asleep with his face in his dinner tray. He was afraid to drink because the staff never showed up in time to get him to the bathroom. Issues were reported to nursing staff but never relayed to the doctors. After several weeks of "rehab and care" my father died, still unable to move much or eat at all less than 2 months after discharge. If this is the best we can offer, healthcare is truly an abomination.
