This is my first away from home stay since Covid, and I was very comfortable and at ease! Lynn, the front desk concierge, could NOT have been more kind & helpful! And, in case you're wondering, I was able to confirm that I saved $30 by booking with #FindHotel, as opposed to securing the room at the motel (w/tax & fees, it was $75 on a Sat nite). The rooms are assigned before you get there, not first come first served. Golf tournament, they did nothing for attendees, as indicated in contracts. Food? Horrible. Rooms? Dirty, one towel for 3 nights (no housekeeping until the 4th day of stay) and an attitude when you try to get towels from the desk. Checkout is at 11, got to my room after closing ceremonies at 1105 to grab bags (I checked in 20 minutes after guaranteed time, mind you) to find the room key was deactivated. Staff couldn't open the door for me, to retrieve my already packed bags, "by new policy this morning". Also, the conference area is through the casino- so you have to show your ID to even attend the conference WHICH THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ENTRY OPTION. This is a horrible establishment, of which's operating procedures also make absolutely no sense. 0/10, would not recommend.

I did stay in Room 13 and the bed was so comfortable that, even if a ghost did try to mess with me, I slept through it. The hotel is full of art and interesting artifacts. It was fun to just look around! It is right across the street from the famous Fred's Lounge. There is also a bakery a few doors down that has awesome cheesecake. I highly recommend Hotel Cazan. It is, by far, the best hospitality I've ever experienced...and I worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years. So, go see Ms. Valerie, you won't be disappointed!
