When I tried to reference Copart's own policies from their website, he rudely dismissed them and insisted that he could enforce his own rules because "this is his location." That kind of attitude is unacceptable from someone in a leadership position. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, not arrogance and hostility. Very disappointed.

It was obviously backed into. Filed a complaint and there response is that I accepted it "as is" since it was delivered. I was never there when delivered, when I asked for the document I signed to accept delivery I get no response, imagine that. Stay away from this dishonest company at all costs.

Initial contact was good, Joshua gave me a decent quote to pick an auction vehicle from Copart. I…read moretold him I would call back when I paid for vehicle, that's when things went downhill FAST. I called and spoke with a female employee and stated I had spoken with Joshua and she took my info and confirmed with him. From that point on poor communication, I asked that the driver text, or call me when he was on the way. I waited for about 3 or so hours. I called back and was told by female employee that the driver was waiting to long so he went to lunch. I asked for contact or some kind of time frame for delivery, none given. I called Copart and they stated that nobody had attempted to pick up vehicle. Either the driver is lying or the female employee. The driver finally called for lot and member number info needed to pick up vehicle, that is the last I heard from him till about 4 or so, he stated if I had the car ready???? I thought that is what I was paying Reyes for??? anyways he continued to complain about "I aint makin any money waiting" I don't think that is the type of info driver needs to be telling customers. Anyways, I called back and let the office know the situation, I was told I would be called back. I was called back by female employee and asked if I could possibly wait till the next day for delivery.... like a dodo I agreed, she asked what time they opened, I told her 8am and she said thanks. Well......... here I am the next day 8am 9am 10a 11am, no call, text. I called Copart and again they stated nobody has attempted to pick up vehicle. I made arrangements and told Copart not to release vehicle to anybody but myself. After all the hassle, etc etc I get to Copart and notice a REYES towing vehicle parked, I get in line and hear the counter lady talking to a driver, yes it was the REYES driver, she catches the note about not releasing the car at the last moment,,,,,, all of a sudden my phone is blowing up with calls, etc etc... little too late don't you think... anyways I towed my own car and learned about a company I will never give my business to.
